I just cannot commend the customer service of our cashier this evening. It was a young woman with glasses and a braid, working the register around 9pm. She was very thorough, kind, professional, and had 10/10 customer service skills.
I wish I could recall her name, but she honestly was fantastic and I was extremely impressed by her care and consideration she had.
Great fish and chip but costly.
It seems way too often at this location that they miss something.
Don’t ask if we want any condiments in the bag if you’re going to forget to put them in.
Fast and friendly
This burgerville was really clean and efficient. The food was great! I really appreciated the staff's assistance with my mobility device.
Fast and fresh offerings
Tried their chili, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely be a good choice for cold days in the pnw.
Burgerville to me is a memory from being a kid we used to go there the burgers were cheap and they were quality now they're an expensive option that brings a fond memory The food is still of good quality
Sorry to say that the quality seems to have slipped since I was last here. The veggie burger I had was a pre-made Beyond burger, not the delicious black bean burger they used to have. And the salad offerings were sparse.
I went to the Oregon City burger ville this morning for some food and Liza was working the drive-thru. She was friendly and bubbly. It was a breath of fresh air to go to this particular store. I had actually gone there to buy a cheeseburger but ended up with a mocha shake. Kudos to the staff and store.

They've lost their roots. I prefer to pay with cash because I don't like them shoving in my face the credit card processing machine that asks for a tip in the drive through. (Are you kidding me!? For what service other than expected minimums!) $13 for a hamburger that i know costs less than $3 to produce is outrageous. Let alone if you want fries or a drink. You're looking at $30 per person's meal!
Ill be packing and prepping my own lunches. It cost more to visit their drive through than it costs to get a real meal at a sit down restaurant.
P.S. them shoving the credit card machine in my face asking for a tip was the biggest turn off.
Note to owner: you seem to be out of touch, many, i mean many reviews that have been stated by you as 5 stars have been altered. Maybe remove a fountain in your house and become invested in the business you own?
Cost way too much.
Where did the fish and chips got one piece of fish that was like two bites and my wife had wilted lettuce on her chicken burger
I almost never have a bad experience at Burgerville. I love their food and the atmosphere inside the restaurant. The employees are always pleasant as well.
It's good food, but the last several times my hubby and I ordered in the drive-thru, they forgot my order entirely. Unfortunately it's been so disappointing that I don't go here anymore.
