I was inside the store picking up my online order first time I ever did one of those orders and while I was waiting I saw a young man i think his name was rashean. He was standing there slapping his tummy like a drum, just pat pat pat on it . Then he started making these strange screeching sounds and yelling out names, maybe his co workers or customers I don’t know . It startled me very much. Very strange ant work and not professional at all I just wanted to get my order and go home

The owner is trying to say I did not experience this! It was not today it was a few weeks ago but I was so mad even after thanksgiving I came to review when my kids told me it was best . How dare you say I did not experience what I say with my own eyes and ears. I will NOT BE coming back here !!!!!

I pray Sandra does not have kids and if she does she is much more patient with an ear to listen and understand than she is with customers for rebellious or defeated children she may create. She said she bagged it herself and when presented evidence missing items by walking out to my car to see there were missing items refuted all evidence and conversation that the 4 meals which included 4 piece chicken stars there were only 2 - 4 piece chicken stars continued to argue: all this after the app malfunctioned and I had ordered double of specific meals, since I paid more than $30 than I would like all items please. Unprofessional and unkind, not worth any time or money to revisit. I left because with Sandra I recognized there was no where to go from her dismissive attitude, not worth any more of my time to stay, also, taking my kids to the park was more worthy of time spent. Wild experience.

I’m going to start off by saying I usually do not go to Carl’s Junior. I’m not a huge fast food fan but I was really impressed by this visit.
I was very indecisive, but Edgar helped explain the menu to me and gave me great suggestions. He suggested the Cali XL and it was SO GOOD!! He was so friendly, accommodating, helpful and gave really great suggestions. Usually when I go to fast food spots I can expect basic friendly service but it’s very clear that Edgar is passionate about his work. I am blown away by how exceptional his service skills were. Every suggestion from the meal to the drinks and treats were phenomenal. I will definitely coming back, hoping that Edgar is there, and trying more on the menu! I hope his service is recognized and that the other workers can follow because I am very pleased with this location!

I like this place, no mexican food or salsa bar any longer... bummer... also they have gotten fairly expensive across their menu ... i understand the cost of running a business but when your customer base is low volume, you cant take it to your customers w high prices.. put a quality product on the menu for the masses and people will come. .. i.e. In N Out burger.... K.I.S.S. too much crap on ur menu is overwhelming...

Listen, I get ordering 5 minutes from close is rude. But to not respond to the drive though intercom and lock the doors? Jesus, we wanted 2 burgers after going to a concert.

This was an Uber delivery order. The store has an auto accept feature where it immediately goes to acceptance, and doesn’t let you cancel/edit the order in case something was ordered in error. I called the restaurant to see if they could cancel so I could make the order again, and the phone was never answered. I called multiple times and I finally got the wrong order delivered. Uber of course refused to do anything. I am making this review so the store takes away the auto accept feature, unless of course they plan on answering the phone. Other than this, service and food is usually good. Please remove the order auto accept feature from Uber Eats, as I understand it gets busy and phones can’t be answered all the time.

Update: the order was delivered. The milk that I ordered with the kid’s meal expired on Aug 15, 2025. It’s October 14, 2025 :(

Have the decency to make an order right, even when there is only one customer in line. Very disappointing to spend 30 dollars for two and not get the nutrition I need. Thanks for the ripoff. Never coming again.
