My fiance gets a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake for her birthday every year and this year 11/22/24 my gramma brought home the cake and it was not made right there was no strawberries or cheesecake on top at all. So I called and the manager told me she remembered the order and for me to bring it in and they will either fix it or re make it. So I did and I did wait for 15 mins but it was really packed and can’t blame them for that but I just wanted to say thank you and give 4/5 stars for the great service and making it right mistakes happen and after she re made it the cake looked so perfect exactly how we wanted it so thanks for making it right I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but she was the manager and we’re very thankful and happy thanks a lot Dairy Queen Oregon city we will continue to go yearly.❤️‍🔥

Work station was dirty, machine had dried on ice cream, counter had melted ice cream and hot fudge was running down container onto floor. There was not one clean spot on counter or even clean containers. Literally looked as if they had a food fight. Cashier wore a mask, yet never washed his hands after handling cash or before serving food. It was extremely unsanitary and I wish I would have taken a photo, makes me want to call health department. We left because this turned our stomachs. If I could give "0" stars I would!

Every time we order a banana split, it looks like the following pictures. Even when you ask if they can put some ice cream in it. They just say , they weigh it. We get a little bit of melted ice cream with toppings on it. Not worth the price. When you go for ice cream, you expect ice cream in it.

I had to wait 20 minutes plus for a burger and fries in 100° heat and after the blizzard melted Cody the shift leader said there was no manager on duty would not remake the melted blizzard

If you like desserts and drinks it's a good spot, if you want some hot fast food go almost anywhere else.

Parking: There parking lot is small and interferes with their drive thru and vice versa

I would choose this place over Macdonald's, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and so forth. The Blizzards are the primary draw.

3/24 4 stars: after writing the last review it seems like how the icecream is made has improved. Theres a gentleman who works the front counter that makes everything really great and very friendly.

Its fine. Sometimes wait can be a bit long. They need work on their peanut buster Sundays, the chocolate is not layered, just quickly around the outside corner.

Do not eat at dairy queen, they put most of the food in the microwave, when I saw this, I even asked, was that just in the microwave. The employee said that's how we make most of our food. I will never eat here again
