Do not eat at dairy queen, they put most of the food in the microwave, when I saw this, I even asked, was that just in the microwave. The employee said that's how we make most of our food. I will never eat here again

I made a order online for a good $ amount, they pretty much looked at the order and doubled it as the same for the chicken strip baskets and burgers...which both had different customized options. Pissed I spent so much and it was thrown together without looking at customisation. Plus poor quality, I picked up before it was done and wasn't even hot when I got home 5mins later. Only thing that was right was the blizzards with the exception of one missing topping on one

The worst customer service ever!! I can't believe that they were unable to serve us after ordering a snickers ice cream on drive thru.It's not my fault that i have an accent, but that was really unprofessional they just closed the drive thru window in front of our face and said that they unable to serve us didn't even tell us the reason until my sister that works there called the store and asked why they were unable to serve us and the reason was they misheard and thought that we said something else. I still don't think they have any right not to serve the customers
