Since I've lived in Oregon City, this place has gone down. It was great at first, but lately the wait times have gotten ridiculous. It's now at the point that you're waiting for almost an hour for one order. And because they're rushing to catch up on orders, the quality standards are lowering

Was to tired to cook tonight so pizza it was! The pizza itself was perfect, and got here faster than expected! ! But our delivery driver Michael really made it! I’ve never had a nicer delivery driver in my life :)
TERRIBLE. NO LONGER A GOOD VALUE. It used to be pretty good but now it's awful. You used to be able to change your pizza sauce without being charged extra. Used to be able to swap out toppings without being charged extra. But now if you remove your pizza sauce and you add a different kind of sauce instead it charges you 2 $. If you remove onions and add a different vegetable instead it charges you for additional toppings even though you are not adding anything extra. RIP OFF. And they don't even get your order right. It's flat out sucks now. I CAN'T EAT AT A SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT LIKE BUGATTIS OR SHARIS FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AS I CAN EAT THIS OVERPRICED TRASH.

Edit 8/7/2024 this edit is because Robbie at this store is a legend and should get a raise. He is just a real hard work and thanks every customer for their business and greets everytime. He didn't hook me up or do anything outside of what he is supposed to. He's just got amazing customer service and he's an excellent employee that works extremely hard Me and the girlfriend got sick the morning after eating here and each time we ate the leftover pizza our stomachs turned in knots. Still going to give 3 stars because this is the first time we have had this happen here and we have been to this Domino's location numerous times.

They over charged me! Then the ap says that my food is ready for pick up. I get there and pay and still have to wait 20 minutes!Food is over 30 minutes late
Lately it's been a hit or miss with this location. The people that work there are very nice. However, the pizza quality has gone downhill. This time was a big miss. The pizzas and the bread bites were borderline burnt and the crust was more thin crust rather than hand tossed. It seems like you have to catch them on their slow days to get a good pizza.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered I recently ordered a simple medium 1 topping pizza on a Monday late afternoon maybe 7:45ish? And I ordered over the phone to be told my carryout order would be ready in 8-10mins. I arrive to multiple pizzas on the floor and people just carrying on as if no biggie.. I'm than told my order is behind and it's going to be 25 more mins.. I'm totally understanding given the site before my eyes right? Wrong after that 25mins I was 5old to wait another 45mins.. bottom line this happens way to often down here

On a last minute errand so that I might get a break when I get home to Chooch and HANGRY as HeCk, I placed my order and then was REJECTED by a no $100.00 in HAND CASH purchase?!?!! So Adding to my last minute NO FLOW lol I had to rush and search for a local business who MIGHT have the cash. So only reason for my rant because I DON'T HAVE SPARE BRAIN SPACE FOR this IT!xoxo
