It's rare to find gluten free ramen. It was delicious and the portion sizes were super filling. There's so much more on the menu I would like to try. We will definitely be back again.

I cannot stress how much I love this place. Clean, fast service. I try something different every time, and it slaps every time.

I found Dough Valley on Door Dash, and it has become my family’s Go-To south-side restaurant. We love it. Everything is great. The sticky rice might be the best in Portland.

Food is bland with no flavor. I have ordered take out twice and ate at the restaurant once to make sure it wasnt a One Off thing. The cashier was rude like i was wasting their time. Only redeeming quality is they have the best iced matcha latte, and that's the only think I will order in the future.

We picked up takeout dumplings a few weeks ago and yesterday decided to dine in. This is a casual, quality small restaurant, with a variety of amazing dishes centered around ramen, dumplings and rice bowls. I had the veggie ramen, which was absolutely delicious. Husband had the chicken katsu bowl, and we shared a tofu appetizer. There are many ramens to choose from, one sounds better than the next. We will be back soon!

Went to Dough Valley for the first time for lunch today, and I was impressed! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I got the spicy wonton soup, Dan Dan noodles, and soup dumplings. Can't wait to come back to try the ramen and karage chicken. Izzy was an awesome server-- very attentive and accommodating!
Was disappointed, not because of the food, but because we saw an ad that said "happy hours" prices were $2.95 & we were charged $5.95.

The place was nice and clean but was kind of small, hard to walk around when seated in the middle of the restaurant.
All the food was way too salty. My son loves dumpling soup or wonton soup, which was surprisingly weird that he didn't eat his here. I tasted it here, and it was really salty and had no flavor. Ramen was salty, and my daughter didn't eat hers at all, and she loves to eat. I also ordered drinks, and the drinks were okay but pricey compared to other places.
I can honestly say I won't be coming back. This place was pricey and wasn't good.

Everything was soggy or doughy, got katsu ramen, teriyaki noodles, shrimp dumplings and octopus tabanaki. I was very excited and extremely disappointed. Plus it all tasted like it came frozen premade.
