So disappointed. Went there today to get cupcakes for my sons bday. This is our usual spot for family birthdays. Ended up walking out because the lady who was working couldn't be bothered to even leave her chair to greet us or help the woman in front of us. The last few times I've gone it's gone downhill as far as customer service & selection. Each time i go, i have hope that it will be as great as it once was, but i always leave dissatisfied. I don't think I will return again. I'm super sad. I've been a faithful customer for years. I don't see this location lasting much longer.

Fat cupcakes came through last minute for me with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake and cupcakes for my sons 4th birthday party! The cake had the best texture I have ever had and the entire thing plus the cupcakes was consumed as we all had seconds! The buttercream was perfect, smooth and not too sweet. Charging $55 for plain vanilla cupcakes is outrageous and feels like blatant price gouging. Having a topping or filling doesn’t justify the exorbitant cost for such a basic order.

The Fat Cupcake where I purchased my wedding cake, which was delivered being stacked incorrectly for the cake stand purchased for the wedding had good flavor and my guest enjoyed it.
$4.95 for dry cupcakes and mediocre frosting… I can make better at home. Super disappointing!!I will say that employees are always really nice.
