Usually the food is amazing this time it seemed like it was very dry. I took it as a to go order. I was so excited to have the same experience I am used to but .... All of the chicken seemed like it was from yesterday. I hate putting this out here but not the same quality I have experienced in the past.

The huli huli chicken is so delicious and the Mac salad was absolutely perfect! Everything I wanted Hawaiian food to be! I would’ve never known this place was here if I didn’t happen to see it driving through the parking lot there’s no sign on the outside of the building, only small Signage in window. I’ve driven through this parking lot 1000 times and never seen it. I’m glad I know it’s there now! I will be back!

Today when I went in to order Hawaiian time, which is my favorite Hawaiian restaurant by the way, the nice little gal behind the counter said oh I’m so sorry we’re out of rice because our rice cooker is broken, but we could give you extra Mac Mac salad or steamed veggies, but of course there will be an up charge for this I was beyond stunned. I couldn’t get mad because it sure makes for a good story but what is the logic of well we can give you something you really don’t want but we’re gonna charge you more for it. Hallelujah to common sense.

Nothing crazy, food was quick and the chicken was juicy. They don't offer spam masubi or more Hawaiian style dishes which made me sad. Service was polite and fast too.
Hawaiian time is by far my favorite place for Hawaiian food! Me and my friend like to try different Hawaiian food trucks and restaurants and out of the 6 or 7 we've tried we both agree Hawaiian time is still the best. The prices are good and the quality is always top notch. I'm all about consistency and I know when coming here I will get exactly what I want and it will be just as good as the last time I came.

The last time i ordered food here the chicken was SO over cooked,it was almost burnt. The mac n cheese was dry and unflavorful. I wound up throwing it all out, which was a shame cuz i Hate wasting food and my hard earned currency.

I went into the store and ordered take out. I was charged for 3 meals and I only ordered 2. In which one was wrong. I went back into the store to tell them I was charged for 3 and one was wrong. I wish I would have asked for names because a younger white lady was super helpful. The lady who took my order to begin with was a younger Asian lady and super rude. When I asked if my order that was wrong was fixed yet she said idk threw her hand up and rolled her she’s visibly while helping another customer. I then told her there was no need for that I simply asked a question and she kept rolling her eyes. The other lady came back from trying to call the higher manager and the Asian girl started freaking out telling the other worker to get me out the store and have me stop talking and then started crying and walked away while customers were at the counter. I don’t mind orders were messed and I understand mistakes happen but the lady who took my order was absolutely rude and her actions were completely uncalled for. I noticed when people would talk to her or people came into the store she waved her hand in the air like she was shooing them and would say be right with you. I would like a higher up manager to please contact me. I left my contact information with the nice lady who was trying to help.
