I ordered the Kahlúa pork Online andwaited 35 minutes for it. I go to pick it up and they tell me that they’re out of pork. Now when I submitted my order, it had my phone number in my email address and they didn’t bother to reach out to me sooner to tell me that they were out of the food. When I asked for a refund, I was told they don’t do refunds, but I could order something else off of the menu however, when you have a gluten allergy, you can’t do teriyaki sauce, which is what is on their chicken. So again when I asked for a refund, the young teenager at the counter told me that they don’t do refunds. I showed her my email receipt and asked her where on there it says that they don’t do any refunds and she said “I don’t know. I learned it in my manager training”. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused. So they took my $17 and I left their store with nothing. Unacceptable.

Love eating here. The place is almost baron as far as walls and looking filled up with decor and such. You get a to go box which did not bother me at all . The portions were good not having to leave hungry. Bathrooms were clean and the condiments as far as topping off the rice and meat were plentiful. Always like Hawaiian times simple but easy in easy out vibe. Not a long wait at all. Ordered and within 5 mins eating. Oh and their macaroni salad is on point everytime smashing your mouth with their own way peppered to perfection. Worth the stop I would definitely return in and through out my travels.

Last 2 times I ordered online the order was wrong. I had one that was no rice add mac and I got all rice. The previous order I paid for an extra scoop of mac and didn’t get it. To bad because the food is good when you get it.
One of my favorite restaurants. The food is very unique and flavorful. The huli huli chicken is the way to go. I get the on the side and then add extra sauce and shake the container. It makes it bomb. You get a lot of food when you order a large. Portions great, flavors great, this restaurant is an all time classic favorite.

Today I was very pleasantly impressed with Gracie and her team as she kindly helped me put together a luncheon for my 8 employees-one is a full blooded Hawaiian-on short notice. She thoroughly and thoughtfully explained what I should order, packaged everything up and it helped me to my car. Our employees LOVED the food-it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Gracie for your kindness!

This place is a shell of a former restaurant. They no longer server half the things on their menu. Half the time you try to order/go to the restaurant it's closed. Foods waaay overpriced for some meat and rice and bad Mac salad. Don't waste your time.

Ordered a Ali Mauana loa chicken on my way home at the Oregon City location. Got Home to Estacada and found out I got a regular size. Tried to call all the phone numbers and they all go to voicemail?!?
