This must be a locals place. Stopped in a cpl weeks ago while out running errands. Bartender seemed annoyed I ordered a mimosa. I used to love this place. But clearly it has changed. A cold shoulder is NOT good for business.

Worst breakfast restraunt in oregon city. It is best to not go in the morning opening on time and all the staff being present is not going to happen. I watch money walk away every time i go.

We've been going to Howell's for a long time. Gotta say it wasn't great today. The staff was not very friendly and completely ignored us the first 10 mins we were there. It'll be a minute before we make the drive over again.
Folks were very friendly. Floors were covered in leaves. French toast could have used some vanilla, bacon was good!Parking: Lot is at end of bldg n 2 or 3 businesses down. Have some spots reserved for them.

Had biscuits n gravy this am and it was aweful. Dont know why or how you cant get that dish right? Guys behind counter were cool but food was questionable at best ... rethink that plate

This is normally one of our favorite spots and we don't even mind that service is sometimes a longer wait because they seem to always be pretty busy, but always friendly. However, one of my favorite things they had there used to be the corned beef hash. Last time we went we met their new cook, nice guy, but apparently he has changed the corned beef hash. It used to be shredded as if it was actually slow cooked and shredded and cooked with potatoes. When we went yesterday the corned beef was more like canned corned beef, even had a metal canned taste. Unfortunate because that and the Irish Benedict were always my go to breakfasts.
