I got an omelette. The look of the omelette was great. The hashbrowns weren’t the best I was charged $4.95 for toast that should’ve came with my breakfast and I felt that the waitress needs to interact better with her customers she took my order, brought me my order ticket had to find her to pay for my meal all in all, I feel that the meal should’ve been under $20 or right around $20 instead of $30. Omelette had no taste. is pretty dull the hashbrowns had no flavor and there was barely any butter on my toast

Horrible customer service by staff names cece, they got our order wrong and she was immediately hostile and aggressive towards me and got frustrated when I stated so. Can’t understand how people like this get hired for a job like this

Sat down to eat, and waited over 10-15 minutes and watched waiter walk back and forth around our table. Fed up and decided to stand up to leave and eat somewhere else, and the waiter finally acknowledged us. At that point it was too late.

This review has nothing really to do with the service, but the atmosphere is dull, the lighting is depressing and the music doesn't help. The display of the food wasn't the quality I received from other IHOP locations. The food is good in my opinion, but the presentation of the strawberry pancakes I received was lackluster. I feel the atmosphere takes the biggest hit unfortunately.

Best all around restaurant in Oregon City. Shari's closed recently. Good food, nice staff. Reasonable prices. Next door to Ace Hardware. Good location, plenty of parking.😊👍

Terrible coffee!!
I stopped here for breakfast and was seated immediately. I got my breakfast quickly, but my eggs and bacon were lukewarm. Don't think I'll be back.

The waitress brought my step dad a hamburger and french fries even though he ordered salad with it, they took his plate back and dumped the french fries, which I would have paid for, then brought his half burger back on his plate so not sure if they touched the burger, it was rude and disrespectful

This is the second time this week we had breakfast. The first time I ordered crepes and didn't get the berries or whipped cream. Today or country fried steak breakfast didn't have my eggs and they put garlic bread with it. Also it was over cooked. Disappointed 😞

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm. The food is mostly good for an American restaurant chain. Something of note, they do add buttermilk wheat pancake batter to most egg dishes that use the carton egg mix, except for the scrambled eggs, which does change the texture and flavor of the eggs quite a bit. There's plenty of parking and they have highchairs for kids. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, but the toilet paper... one step away from becoming writing paper. It's the worst toilet paper I've ever used in my life. Why does this type of toilet paper exist? Was there a surplus from some WW2 era torture compound on clearance? A bulletproof armor experiment gone bad? It's like they ran an old pancake through a laminator. I've seen breath fog up a window thicker than this. If you eat here, sneak in and leave a roll of Charmin, save a life. 🥁 😂
Dietary restrictions: There are several low fat options or high protein, such as fish and vegetables. All of the egg dishes that use carton eggs except scrambled, have pancake batter that contains wheat added to them though.
Parking: Large open parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and a few kids menu items for those under 12.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessible seating.
