I had my 2 granddaughters with me, ordered crepes & fruit, sausage & hashbrown sides $ coffee. The coffee was really old barely warm, waitress had a couple of other tables (the place was pretty dead on an early Sunday evening). Pleasant waitress & host but service, slow.... service. I finally got a new carafe of coffee 20 mins later after reminding the waitress which I had to poor the coffee on top the old coffee... Did not drink it, tasted nasty & was cold. IHOP used to be a special treat for my kid's, I thought I could carry that tradition on ... I will find a local more catering restaurant next time.

It's clean, tons of options if you are 12 years old and love sugar for breakfast (which all kids do) it's a great place to go. Personally I thought it was alright. If I'm on the road and there's one next to the hotel I'd probably go but I wouldn't be searching one out.

I got a waffle it was perfect. Husband got chicken fried steak with red mash and salad he loved it. My sister and her son had burgers and fries everything cooked great. Highly recommend! Very cleanVegetarian options: Waffles, pancakes, salads

My husband's steak looked like it was boiled, really gross. It was pale and floppy and really disappointing, we've never seen such a bad steak.

We live here in Oregon City, and honestly had never tried this IHOP until a couple weeks ago! Totally delicious crêpes, pancakes, bacon, and hashbrowns. Went back 3 times for breakfast and tried lunch today and it was absolutely delicious! Did ask for "no ice" in our waters and got ice anyway but otherwise absolutely no complaints!

This place was great. The service was great too. I came in for breakfast and learned that they now have new buttermilk biscuits sandwiches. I was skeptical about the durability of the "buns" because it's still a flaky biscuit annnddd I was right. Within the first few bites it starts to fall apart! By the time you get half way it's just a pile of food. Thank you iHop but this was a delicious fragile mistake lol
Delicious chicken salad. Great service. This place is a hidden gem since it's in a strip mall. Blueberry pancakes were yummy also.

I love this IHOP. Their staff is so friendly. They work hard and even when they are busy they are patient. I am always happy leaving here. The food is perfect. The staff is lovely. 10/10 this is the place to go for breakfast!

I took my one year old daughter here for Valentine’s Day breakfast. Server was friendly and got everything out in a timely manner. I was pleased with my service but confused with the bill. I ordered my toddler just a waffle by itself and I ordered my wife a waffle meal that came with sausage eggs & hashbrowns. The cost of just the waffle was $14 and the waffle meal was $15. The waffle meal price was completely reasonable but why would the waffle alone be $1 less? $14 for a waffle for a toddler seems a bit over the top. I won’t be back.

I like this IHOP when I go there, my server was very nice and willing to make substitutions for healthier choices like replacing my fries with green beans. I was treating my friend and her daughter and the price was very affordable because of their Kids Eat Free time which I never knew about (it's after 4, I believe.) I got the crispy shrimps, which were decent.
