Food was fresh and hot milkshakes so thick it was as if it was ice cream in the cup but a lot of it .the milkshake tasted pretty good .the bathroom was clean as were the tables and the staff was polite and helpful

I write these reviews cause there is no other option accept for the talking to the wall, same results! No response! No improvement! Anyway, use to eat at JB 25 yrs ago and the food was awesome! Of course it was JB in another state, but had breakfast at the OC JB this morning with my 78 year old mom and I'm not sure what kind of food that was, but it should not be served to people. Very disappointed and I'm probably completely done with JB. This is not the first time time of my disappointment. Very expensive 2 burritos, 1 sandwich and to grease soaked hashbrowns!

Worste ever the service is terrible im calling there boss over this they wouldn't replace my order for it being wrong or refund me and then before this I called they kept forwarding my call I will refuse to go to jack in box here ever again

Having full sugar Coca-Cola and diet Dr Pepper sounds heinous when my friend got me food. As a long time soda enthusiast from the midwest, diet coke and regular Dr Pepper is always the better options. DO BETTER JACK IN THE CRACK

Inwent thru drive thru but the food was good as well as the service and cheaper than the rest of the fast food chains.
Cashier at the window didn't speak English I wanted a few different dipping sauces for the 5 meals I bought was given 4 and ketchup which I said I didn't want at all wasnt even asked or given the choice whether I wanted waffle or regular fries, I ended up with burnt regular, and I can't say for certain but I know at least my drink might has well just been cold syrup because there wasn't any fizzy bubbles and it tasted like stale coffee, I ordered a large Coke....so idk what's going on there, but it's not right.

Says 0600, someone drove thru and said they open at 0615… I waited patiently no problem. I only ordered a meat lovers burrito, $6.29. What is was closure to was two McDonald’s burritos. Ouch, a lot of ham, no bacon, sausage was norm, cheese was enough for an extra omelette. Honestly for $6.29 I was hoping for something that was made right?!?! It’s a lot to ask for but if you can’t get it right here’s the review you do get.
