It looks like a ghost town when you walk in. The bathrooms are like a sewer never cleaned up, smells from the moment you step in. It's not the Jack in the box that we had a decade ago. The food was okay but the total impression kind of makes you never went to go there again. All you do is use the drive-thru you would have no idea. I ordered at the counter but took my food and left.

Place was empty while ordering noticed tables had trash bags and cups in several tables we sat down near the back of dining room the scent of "humanity" ucky my bf went to restroom walked in walked out urinal was out of order looked the it hadn't been serviced in quite some time food was questionable at best I'm saddened by the way its being taken care of Jack in the box was all time favorite when I was kid seems like j -in-box is once again going thru some issues as they did in the 80's nearly the restaurant all went under

Went through drive thru for a kids' meal with a shake. Out of shakes, out of regular fries, sign on window saying exact change or card only. No receipt either. Guess Jack in the box needs my kids change from his birthday money. I would've left if it were just for myself, but my kid was set on Jack in the box. This location seems low staffed and poorly managed.

Ordered online today at 4:37pm. I sent a friend to pick it up for me and they refused to give it to him claiming they hadn't received any online orders like that. I tried to call multiple times to confirm what the issue was and let them know I was sending someone else to pick it up but they hung up on me more time than I can count. I then went in myself only for them to change up their story claiming he gave the wrong name. Not only that but they had my food sitting in the hold for over an hour. By the time I received my meal the bag was covered in grease, the cheese was hardened and crusty, the tacos were hard and dry, and my milkshake was frozen almost solid. They didn't offer to remake my food or apologize for the mistake/confusion or anything, they were blunt, unprofessional and rude.

The food was good but the service was not. People are getting dumber by the day and not understanding what words mean. This usually happens at a drive through, so we decided to go inside, and what do you know, our order did get messed up. Absoloutly ridiculous!

The restaurant smelled like an outhouse, no joke! In the womens rest room only had 1 working stall and that stall was gross! Toilet seat was covered in something nasty and paper like. There was feces all over it as well. My husband said the men's room was just as bad. With urinal out of order and filled with a brown liquid. The garbage cans in the restaurant had a large pool of liquid spreading from underneath them. When we asked to speak to a manager to inform them of the issues, we were told there is no manager. And the worker turned to another worker and stated, "the bathroom smells". Then looked back at us with a smirk.

It's fast food that is slow. Just like every where else now days. Expect to sit at the window or menu board for 5 or more minutes. I don't normally eat fast food.
