For my first time trying it, they were down an employee, craziest rush hour I’ve ever seen, but they handled it perfectly. Food didn’t come out that late but damn it was good, definitely made up for the wait. Will be coming back

This was my first time at a jersey mikes. I was not familiar with their menu or how it worked. I walked up to the counter and the employee Ryan gave me excellent guidance :) she told me about the many sandwiches provided and her customer service was on par. She was kind and patient. 10/10 would go again. (Btw get mikes famous Philly)
