Prompt service, amaaaazing food. Some of the best pho I’ve ever had and the banh mi was fabulous.
I can’t wait until I’m hungry again to come back!

My friend and I went on a Friday, and the waiter was rude from the very beginning.
When he came to take our order he was abrupt and had an impatient body language. No greeting, nothing. I was not ready to order, so when he walked away I told my friend let's go. She heartily agreed. (We went next door and we were greeted by pleasentness and a smile. Good food too.)

My wife got a sandwich with the skimpiest of contents, bread not crisp and several contents completely missing. Our wraps had two shrimp on display but the interior contents were miniscule except for rice and lettuce. Good sauce. Won't go again.

I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, but my experience here was truly awful. If I could choose zero stars I would. From the moment we arrived, we weren’t greeted at all. We sat down, and no one said hello. The server came by, dropped off the waters, and walked away without a word. When it was time to order, the server kept asking, “What else? What else?!” in a very impatient manner.

When the food was brought to the table, we asked for sauce, and his response was, “Get up and get it yourself.” This was our first time here, and had we known we’d be treated this way, we would have gladly helped ourselves. Honestly, no matter how good the food might be, the service was absolutely terrible. This was our first and last stepping foot in pho Kent. I would not recommend it to anyone

I was really looking forward to dining at Pho Kent, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the waiter was unwelcoming—he didn’t greet us and simply told us to pick a table from across the room.

Throughout the meal, he was impatient and made us feel rushed. He repeatedly asked if we were ready to order, barely giving us five minutes before circling back. At one point, even as I was on my way to the restroom, he stopped me to ask again. It felt intrusive and made the experience uncomfortable. When he finally took our order, he was abrupt and rude, and when collecting the menus, his demeanor was anything but courteous.

When he brought our food, there was no friendliness or even basic politeness—just a cold, dismissive attitude. It felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

Good food can’t make up for poor service, and unfortunately, this experience made it difficult to enjoy the meal. I hope the restaurant addresses this, as hospitality is just as important as the food itself.

I like this place but today was wasn’t the best I ordered Phở đặc biệt and took a bite of the meatball at first it tasted normal but then it got a rotten aftertaste. I thought maybe it was just that one so I bit into another one same thing, I even asked my partner to try it to see if it was off and sure enough it was. I didn’t touch another bite. After my partner was done eating we walked over and I asked if I could possibly get a refund or something else instead. They got very irritated at me switched to việt and was very disrespectful… like I’m sorry but I’m not going to pay for something that I couldn’t eat. No I didn’t Order knowing i wasn’t going to like it. pho is very good just didn’t have good experience this time.
I got a mì xào after so i am grateful they made me something new after all that.
