So I'm not even lying when I say I had to come in to use the restroom. The lady at the front took her time but I was okie with that until her passive aggressive attitude popped up. She said most time they only let customers but she let me in. Literally as she openned it you saw the plunger on the rim of the bowl, not the seat was up. I stared for a moment after she left and then went and asked if someone was perhaps in the middle of cleaning it. She said no then I mentioned the inside of the restroom and she was confused but appeared aggravated and said she'd clean it up. Eventually she passed by me again and made the comment ' I'm just getting gloves is that okay?' In a rather harsh tone. Instead of her coming out, someone in the kitchen came out and cleaned it. When finished he did not wash his hands, no gloves, but did communication that the other restroom was out of order. Unlike the woman prior. Anyways my point being, unsanitary, hostile environment as well as probably some OHFS violations. Would not be surprised if any other violation are occuring.

Absolutely horrible… I come here once every 2 years just to see if it’s better than dog food. Horrible greasy chicken the Mac is mush and everything is so sub par. No thanks I rather go to Safeway and enjoy it fresh and get a couple other things I want than to ever spend the money for KFC it’s really not that great and zero customer service. Don’t believe me try to call them or chat. Zero. I will never order from them again…

Have lost faith in KFC over the years but toy surprise. Stopped in last week and the best crispiest freshest yummiest chicken I ever had. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

I bought a friend that I was with a snack and a drink. I wasn't really hungry. The restaurant was very clean, but my companion had some difficulty with the soap in the restroom. Other than that it was a very nice experience.
Staff were real nice, the food was average at best. I could barely finish a 9 piece bucket by myself, it was 50% crisp 50% soggy. The flavour was OK but mostly carried by the BBQ sauce. Good priced calories, nothing more imo

I love KFC and they are always polite and work fast.
I'm sorry, but I'm pretty much done with KFC. Ordered a 12 piece bucket dinner..like 45 bucks and received just horrible dried out, left over chicken. Add another level of customer insult, the pieces of chicken are ridiculously small. My 12 piece dinner comprised of 3 tiny chicken wings, 3-4 even smaller "legs", 3-4 dried out and cold thigh pieces and 1, what I think was a breastish piece?The Mac and cheese was old to the point that the exposed noodles had become hard again. Mashed potatoes were good as usual.Just makes me sad, KFC used to be consistent quality at a decent price. Now it is neither.

The worst bucket of chicken I have ever bought was from this location. They just fell apart, looked disgusting and were soggy. So weird. Also in the past they always seem to make a mistake on my order. Done going here.
