4 times in a row. This location is beyond awful. The chicken is beyond dry. It’s like chewing on an old boot. Yes i understand it’s fast food but this particular location is awful. I gave them several chances. Every single time they fail miserably. Alpo has more to offer.

The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. KFC is my go to for chicken sandwiches and this was the thinnest, stringy and most stale sandwich I've ever had from there. I've worked alot of fast food and food jobs in my life and this has definitely been sitting out way too long. Suppose to have Swiss and bacon on it, nothing. Also they threw the all the pickles and one smallest dot of mayo directly in the middle. Instead of spreading them out like they should. Even the fries sucked and was stale. Never coming back to this location again after this experience and I suggest people to try the other location on the hilltop. This was during the weekday for their night shift.

I come by here every Thursday on my way home from my appointment and I usually just thank the workers in person for how lovely they are but I feel like everyone should know! They always are fast and make customers feel welcomed despite being in a trying area.

There is a manager there that has been there for years and I absolutely love her she is so friendly and accurate and nice she really makes the whole experience just a five star experience. Because of this I will always return to this location, and it is probably one of my all-time favorites . Thank you guys for everything that you do and just know that you're work, kindness, and smile never goes unnoticed.

So I'm not even lying when I say I had to come in to use the restroom. The lady at the front took her time but I was okie with that until her passive aggressive attitude popped up. She said most time they only let customers but she let me in. Literally as she openned it you saw the plunger on the rim of the bowl, not the seat was up. I stared for a moment after she left and then went and asked if someone was perhaps in the middle of cleaning it. She said no then I mentioned the inside of the restroom and she was confused but appeared aggravated and said she'd clean it up. Eventually she passed by me again and made the comment ' I'm just getting gloves is that okay?' In a rather harsh tone. Instead of her coming out, someone in the kitchen came out and cleaned it. When finished he did not wash his hands, no gloves, but did communication that the other restroom was out of order. Unlike the woman prior. Anyways my point being, unsanitary, hostile environment as well as probably some OHFS violations. Would not be surprised if any other violation are occuring.

Absolutely horrible… I come here once every 2 years just to see if it’s better than dog food. Horrible greasy chicken the Mac is mush and everything is so sub par. No thanks I rather go to Safeway and enjoy it fresh and get a couple other things I want than to ever spend the money for KFC it’s really not that great and zero customer service. Don’t believe me try to call them or chat. Zero. I will never order from them again…
Chicken is good if eaten hot,not so good otherwise. One of the best coleslaw 's there is. Wish they still had baked beans.
