The worst bucket of chicken I have ever bought was from this location. They just fell apart, looked disgusting and were soggy. So weird. Also in the past they always seem to make a mistake on my order. Done going here.

Just ordered and was talked into a # 8 cuz I asked for 3 sides . The # 8 does not come with 3 sides ( menu was too hard to read) I wanted 3 pieces dark meat .when I got home I had only 2 pieces , tried calling for a hour they never answered phone paid over $18 ! Never going there again ! I even clarified at drive up window if it was 3 pieces dark meat!

Workers were all nice, place was clean. Food was terrible. We got a family meal with chicken and tenders- chicken was soggy and the tenders were rubbery and soggy. Sad. Not what it was supposed to be and certainly not worth the dough.

I don't like the fact that they don't allow you to pick up door dash orders on the drive through even when there's no line you have to park and go inside for them to be busy and they just expect for you to get the order from where they have them. You practically still need their assistance to double check if the order is complete.

I had lunch here yesterday and I've had diarrhea ever since, I know this was where it came from cause it's the only thing I had to eat yesterday. Idk if the chicken was just under cooked but the new spicy wings are what caused it. I know you're probably thinking, "well what did you expect from KFC" but I've never had KFC cause diarrhea before so it's specifically this location or that item.

Everytime I visit this specific KFC they always shove everything in the bag in a way that it spills all over the place. How hard is it to place fries up instead of on their side so that it spills everywhere? Or how hard is it to give people the sauces they ask for? Or napkins when they ask for it? Horrible service and I will not continue visiting THIS specific KFC. All other KFC I have had no problems with.

I've never been a huge fan of KFC until their nuggets showed up on the menu. They're fantastic! This location isn't the easiest to get in and out of with the bus traffic but it's in a convenient location next to 99E & 205. The service is fast and they're great at order accuracy. There's plenty of parking if you'd like to eat inside. I'll be back for more nuggets and mashed potatoes soon!
