The kid that seems to always there now has no clue how to run a line. Sends you around to wait for your order when no one is behind you then gets busy. Wound up waiting 16 minutes outside until I finally went around because the lobby was closed.. my food had been sitting there a while and it was cold. Should’ve asked for a refund but that guy is so incompetent I was afraid he would mess that up too.

Late night drive thru experience was good. The order was promptly taken and ready in the minute i was done with my payment. Food was for, and all sauces plus utensils were in the bag. Looking for a quick take out meal late at night, this KFC / A&W has it safely coverdKid-friendliness: They have a kids meal

The service attitude here is disgusting. They were not busy at all and the staff inside pretended not to see us. We called for a long time and they passed by several times and ignored us. Then they got our order wrong.

Just went to KFC and got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a 4 piece chicken tender box. All of the fries were stale, could break a tooth on them. Chicken tenders were chewy and stale, and somehow the biscuit was stale and hard. I asked the worker who was taking my order to put extra honey mustard in my bag (Hoping for at least two) and i went home to find out she gave me one. This isn’t the first time the food has been stale and them being stingy with sauce. Used to love this place.
I have had better food at the Canby KFC. OC was not as good this

KFC lies about their menu prices as posted on their website. Prepare to be over charged! They charged me 50% more than the website price. Instead of $40, I was charged $60. Expect false advertising from KFC.

Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 snack boxes. First they told me all they had was extra crispy and I said that was fine. They said to drive to front and wait till fries were done. 25 minutes later I went into store and asked what the problem was and they said it was due to waiting on extra crispy. I said I did not ask for extra crispy that I was told that was all they had which I told them that was fine. The manager said "I didn't take your order". Worst customer service ever. Will not go back to this KFC ever
