Lil' Cooperstown Bar & Grill

My husband just wanted a Cobb salad to-go so we all ordered items. The wings were burnt, the meat in the sliders were so chewy that it was sticking in my teeth. There was no salad dressing or dipping sauce for the wings even though we ordered it. Disappointing for $75 with of food, gross. No more for us. Gross.

My husband and I and our son came in for dinner. There were 2 other tables.. so the place was dead. We were immediately sat, but literally sat there without a greeting or even water for over 20 mins. We didn't even see a server. The other two tables were talking about needing things as well and hadn't seen anyone either. Our hostess finally came by and asked if we had been greeted yet. She apologized, and brought us water. But we again waited another 12 mins before my husband got up to find someone. He went to Max, the bartender and asked if he could be our server. He happily agreed. And I am so glad he did. He was absolutely amazing, even though he was running from the bar across the restaurant to our table. One of the best servers we've had in years, anywhere. Super friendly, gave us recommendations, quick to get us what we we asked for and checked on us regularly. He apologized several times for the lack of service when we first got there, not that it was his fault in any way. You guys are lucky to have an employee like that. The hostess and the server we were supposed to have are the kind of people that will ruin a restaurant. We weren't ever going to come back, but Max saved that. The only reason I gave service 5 ⭐ is because of him. Otherwise, it would have been less than zero.

Good burgers

Been waiting for an hour, waiting for a salad. Slow, slow kitchen.

Received pizza with onion when didn’t ask for. Asked for it to be remade. They removed “some” of the onions and covered with item that was asked for. Shame on you. Should have made what was asked for BOTH times the right way. You don’t just remove an item….you make a whole new one. No comp of meal….nothing.

The food was ok and came in a timely manner. We felt rushed/almost forced to order when the waitress came to our table. The waitress was clearly annoyed, maybe because I asked for a kid’s menu for my 11-year-old that looks a bit older than her age?Not a pleasant experience and won’t come back again.

They are really turning this place around!! I absolutely love coming here and trying the new ciders they offer on tap. Recently they have been improving their “decor” and it adds to the whole experience. The chicken Caesar salad wrap is one of my favorites on the menu, along with the Parmesan garlic fries! Next time you go, try the rotating dessert! So delicious and yummy.

I liked the happy hr. Menu. The burger slider were not my favorite, but the steak bites and the rueben sliders were good. Drinks were good

Great experience this evening!
We were shocked at how quickly we received our food considering it was a busy Saturday night. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We shared a pizza, wings, and a caesar salad and enjoyed all of them.
They are currently using fresh strawberries in a variety of cocktails and the strawberry margarita hit the spot!

Good pub menu, always good service and a great place to watch sports.

Spent date night at your restaurant on Sunday and was having a great time until the very end of the night when we were ready to pay our bill and leave. We called the bar to let them know our card was ready, my partner said a little joke about Adele because there was an Adele song on in the restaurant and was hung up on by this employee. We let him know it was us after we overheard him talking at the bar saying that some idiot just called.

He then came over to our table trying to rush us out with a bad attitude. I called him out on it and he proceeded to be rude, said he was trespassing us and threatened to call the cops. Refused to give me his name or a contact for complaint. He then pretended to be on the phone with the police giving a description of me. I left the restaurant and he then went and threatened my partner that he would give the cops my license plate because he believed I had been drinking (I was completely sober). Telling her she was lucky because he was that close to calling the police.

Absolutely unhinged employee that looks like he’s on something. I doubt I’m the first customer he has pushed away from your establishment.

Our server and hostess were amazing, fun, full of smiles and very attentive.

I won’t be recommending lil cooperstown to my clients, colleagues and family anymore knowing that they too may have such a horrible experience with this employee.

First time in and everything was absolutely amazing! Daphne was an amazing bartender!
