Ordered from there, got half my order, no elaboration, they just didn’t give me half the order. Don’t order from them ever, go in person, absolute waste of money.

Service was given a 3 star because they refused a $50 bill when I was spending most of it at almost closing time. Said he would get fired for taking us cash that is legal tender for all negotiations personal and private, but too large of a denomination!

Parking: Hidden location across from Fred Meyers. Not seen from the street.

Nov 3, 2024, the two employees working that day was very rude, told me to never come back because I kindly told them their customer service was horrible and that it sucks like I do. The restaurants now days just need to go out of business.

The breadsticks were meh… seasoning/cheese was great, but they were too soft, chewy and cheap. Didn’t expect much from here but nonetheless I hoped they would be a bit better.

They have never had “Hot and Ready” pizza. If I was managing this outfit, I’d set a metric of 90% Hot and Ready availability.

Pro tip you guys, no one likes soggy pizza. Stop putting a pound of cheese on the thing, and let it sit in the oven a few minutes longer, and boom! It would be good pizza

Wow! Might as well order from Pizza Hut. 45 minutes to get pizza that is a joke. Ordered extra pepperoni. Pepperoni along the edge, might as well just ordered a cheese pizza.

Workers were super helpful. Me and my kids were having a really bad day. They gave us cookies and the pizza was actually pretty dang good and made quickly

Kendel, was very rude and full of attitude. This was the start of the bad experience. Got back to our place to eat the food and found they didn’t cut the pizza at all. Called in to ask what there resolution would be and they said bring it back in and they will re make it. They refuse to remake and refund, which is ridiculous not to mention the un cut pizza is cold. The manager Kevin refused to refund the amount for the pizza after the assistant manager said he could refund or re make and I asked for a refund and then Kevin the manager called to tell me he won’t refund because we received the pizza, even though it was uncut and cold. Would refuse to tell me who owns this location so he can be reported as well, saying he was the closest thing I will get. Also there hot and ready box was not labeled or marked for how long it was sitting cooked, which is an operate violation. So a cooperate report will be filed as well.

I ordered pizza as asap then took 40 min to get it ready so I went pick it up after 40 min. My food was not ready then I asked when will be done and they said take another 40 min. It was ridiculous expect me to wait another 40 min for one pizza. So I asked for refund. She says for me to come back next day! Ridiculous, one pizza I had to spend all these time. Manager end up calling owner, the same thing.. while dealing with this another 49 min passed. I end up coming back home after one hr. I lost appetite… I will never go back there at least not that store.

This place suprises me that they are still in business, customer service does not exist here, don't call cause they won't answer, don't try to order a specialty pizza without showing the girl a picture, don't order more than 2 sauces because the girls can't count to 5 without it being a team effort and the customer holding their hand. Also expect to stand at the counter for 5+ minutes before even being acknowledged by someone. I guarantee if this was a mom and pop place they would be out of business. While sitting here writing this the 2 orders that picked up also had issues. Good luck on your quest for pizza. I'd reccomend pioneer pizza for sure
