Absolutely love Mixitlan. Always friendly staff, service is excellent and food is always yummy.
Mango marg and Pollo a la Creme are my favs!
My family has been coming here for many years. The food is always fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms.
Great food but don’t buy alcohol! My top shelf margarita was not top shelf and I ordered a shot of patron which was brought in a normal sized shot glass but the bottom was in the middle of the glass giving me less than half a shot that cost $13!!! Not cool
Great food, friendly staff, and a relaxing environment!
For the high prices, the food was average and nothing special. I love when a restaurant food really stands out and the taste was just typical and nothing to get excited about. If you like bland food, this is your place.
My new Tuesday taco spot! Mr Verde is my waiter and he is the nicest kindest guy. Great food and good conversation. They r

Chips and salsa cost 4$ and they don’t preface that when they offer it to you. Also no refills on salsa with the 4$ chips and salsa and you pay per basket. Seems like a scam. Ground beef deluxe burrito was okay. Lunch menu prices are pretty expensive for what you get.

I was asked if I'd like chips and salsa. Come checkout time I see I'm being charged an extra $2.50 for them. These are free virtually everywhere else I've been and the waitress didn't mention they'd cost extra. I mentioned this at checkout and the manager pointed to a sign... who's going to read that sign before they've eaten?? It's at the checkout counter!! The atmosphere is very dark and unwelcoming, I will not be dining here again.

This is a review forum, and my review is, this is the first Mexican restaurant I’ve been to that charges for chips a salsa. My wife and I just ate here a couple months ago with friends, we showed up late, chips and salsa was already on the table, and we were blessed as our friends picked up the bill..decided to head to the top of the hill for Mexican food, and were surprised to see a sign saying chips and salsa were not free anymore as to keep cost down. Last time we went prices were not cheap, so not sure where the savings for the customers are passed on? Being a business owner, customers are priority, hopefully y’all see a trend with customers , and not want to loose potential long term customers.
Have never been to a Mexican Restaurant that charges for chips and salsa. Very disappointing. Menu items are expensive. Small portions for the price. Will not return.
