Every single time I get food from here the buns and fries are stale, EVERY TIME! It doesn't matter the time of day it's guaranteed to be stale fries and buns, and don't even get me started about them asking what kind of sauce you want because you never get any sauce anyways!!!

I ordered on 12/19/24, via your app. Spent 27.00 for food. I checked the pickup curbside option. When I got to the store, it would not allow me to enter the space number I parked in, so I went into the store. They claimed that they could not see my order. I then showed them the order confirmation and proof that it was paid for. They said that there was NOTHING they could do and that if I was charged but never picked up the food, I would be credited back..guess what? 2 weeks later and I still have yet to be credited. I contacted McDonald's Corporate and voiced my complaint. They submitted the report and said I would get a phone call within 24-48 hours..I received a phone call from "Christopher" or "Kristopher", the customer service manager at the Oregon City Location. He apologized and said he would send me a gift card to apologize for the incident. I initially gave him my mailing address (which is my PO box) but he insisted that I give him my physical as well (Not sure why that was needed). I got his name again and he gave me a different name "Khorshit" 🤨 I did receive a postcard that gave me a free value meal on my next visit. Reminder, I am still out 27.00 over my "lost" order and my bank cannot refund me, they said that I would have to deal with McDonald's directly. It had contact information for Stacy with Ivory Coast Management and a contact number. I tried calling the number on the postcard but I got forwarded to voice mail and could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. Maybe taking to social media is the only way to get this resolved. So here goes.

Food was very sloppy. I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but the burger was ice cold, and 70% of the toppings didn’t make it between the buns, just smeared around the wrapping paper. Good service and quick despite a long line, but food was very disappointing.

This place is always a mess. Spilled soda everywhere, the tables are never wiped down. The food is just McDonald's food. But ya, don't eat inside. Food takes forever to get if you go inside, too. I don't know why, they just prioritize the drive thru I guess.

Golden arches have no light, way too dark and scary. Attendant stated light bulbs have not been changed for several months. Feels like a place you might get mugged at. Must bring down cost as well.
