Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Was sitting in their shop eating some frozen yogurt with my family when one of the employees went and spit in the trashcan. As well as taking selfies on his phone. Most disgusting thing I have ever dealt with. I will never come back. Truly unacceptable and no stats isn't an option but it should be.

just got kicked out of the outside seating area by the brunette worker while i was drawing. I’m here waiting for my husband to finish his chiropractor appointment and didn’t want to sit in the car or be in AC while it’s nice out. No one is sitting outside, I’m not bothering anyone. Randomly comes to clean the area and puts out signs saying it’s for menchie customers only. Yet no one is here, it says it’s closed but she’s there working so ofc you don’t have people coming in. Plus I know they would be making a sticky mess while I’m just drawing. I don’t think thats a cool rule , especially when I serve her at my job and have always been kind to her.

this location is just so annoying. the place opens at noon, had an hour and half to kill waiting for an appointment next door so i was sitting at one of their tables outside and was planning on getting something when they opened as a treat. opener tells me at 11 I can’t sit at the tables. So I sat out front on the ground until my appointment. such an easy way to lose business. the last time i was here the place was closed despite it being within operational hours :/

I had to share how absolutely BEAUTIFUL these cakes are. I’ve had two made by Lyndie for my kids birthdays within the last three months and each time they come out above and beyond!! Not to mention they taste so good. Whip cream frosting and you can choose the Inside like cookies and cream or whatever! Whatever toppings they have imagine it in a cake. You can also choose a picture and they’ll print it on there! They make the coolest cakes period. SO worth it. Madison took my cake orders each time and she was so sweet and explained everything to me! So thank you Menchie’s I’m obsessed with you🥹❤️❤️

Locked their doors 20 minutes before closing!! Workers were walking around in the store while we were just sitting out in front and didn’t acknowledge us once! Unacceptable service really was looking forward to some froyo:( giving one star on the food section because we didn’t even get to try it:/

The frozen yogurt is always goodMy little niece loves this place and we go any chance we get. Sometimes it's a little messy, but hey, what do you expect when you let kids get their own food.

I normally don't do reviews, but I have been to Menchie's way too many times, and it's always the same way. There are never any employees at the front. The counters are always covered with toppings, or everything is always out and never refilled. We came in with our kids for a treat. There were 2 men standing there waiting. We got our frozen yogurt and got some toppings. The whipped cream was out. There were no strawberries. The fruitflies are terrible as well. The 2 girls that were working finally came out to help the gentlemen before us. We got rung up and went outside. We asked the men how long they waited before the 2 employees came out to help them. They said 10min. I would have left with my ice cream and not have waited that long. The girls, after we went outside, just went back to the back. Didn't clean up the mess or refill anything. They had their phones in their hands the whole time. If you're going to employ employees, you should make sure they are working for you, not just paying attention to their phones. With this being a franchise, I would hate for Menchie's to have a bad representation for themselves with one store. But this is always the way it is when we come in here.

Menchie’s frozen yogurt is worth going out of the way to find, which I did in this instance. It’s always worth the while, with a rotating list of flavors and great add-ins. Can’t wait for the next time.

We love frozen yogurt and love Menchies! So many flavors and they change monthly. Tons of great toppings and fresh fruit. They have tasters so people know what they are getting before they fill the cup. You are in charge of how much you want to eat and what the end game looks like. They have cheesecake bites, mochi, strawberries, tons of candy bars and so much more, including amazing amounts of sprinkles!! Great indoor and outdoor seating and tons of parking. Located in the same parking lot as Safeway and across from McDonald’s.

Yummy. "Banana" would be a good flavor too, but they didn't have it when I went.
