Stop by to grab some frozen yogurt after dinner since we don't have one near us. There was zero service, we were rung up and then both employees were in the back. We sat down to eat and were attacked by fruit flies so we moved To the other side and again swarmed by more fruit flies, so gross we both tossed out cups and left.

The frozen yogurt is always goodMy little niece loves this place and we go any chance we get. Sometimes it's a little messy, but hey, what do you expect when you let kids get their own food.

I normally don't do reviews, but I have been to Menchie's way too many times, and it's always the same way. There are never any employees at the front. The counters are always covered with toppings, or everything is always out and never refilled. We came in with our kids for a treat. There were 2 men standing there waiting. We got our frozen yogurt and got some toppings. The whipped cream was out. There were no strawberries. The fruitflies are terrible as well. The 2 girls that were working finally came out to help the gentlemen before us. We got rung up and went outside. We asked the men how long they waited before the 2 employees came out to help them. They said 10min. I would have left with my ice cream and not have waited that long. The girls, after we went outside, just went back to the back. Didn't clean up the mess or refill anything. They had their phones in their hands the whole time. If you're going to employ employees, you should make sure they are working for you, not just paying attention to their phones. With this being a franchise, I would hate for Menchie's to have a bad representation for themselves with one store. But this is always the way it is when we come in here.

Menchie’s frozen yogurt is worth going out of the way to find, which I did in this instance. It’s always worth the while, with a rotating list of flavors and great add-ins. Can’t wait for the next time.

Stopped by here on the weekend and had a great expereience with my toddler. They had some delicous and kid approved flavors along with a HUGE selection of toppings available, including fruit. The staff was courteous and had stickers out for the kids. They also have kid friendly tables and chairs which my toddler loved sitting on while eating her fro yo and feeling like a big kid. I would stop by here again if it was closer to my house.Also cool to see they had Fro Yo cakes now and other goodies to take home in their freezer section.

We love frozen yogurt and love Menchies! So many flavors and they change monthly. Tons of great toppings and fresh fruit. They have tasters so people know what they are getting before they fill the cup. You are in charge of how much you want to eat and what the end game looks like. They have cheesecake bites, mochi, strawberries, tons of candy bars and so much more, including amazing amounts of sprinkles!! Great indoor and outdoor seating and tons of parking. Located in the same parking lot as Safeway and across from McDonald’s.

Today I order two boxes of FROYO sandwiches on Door Dash to be delivered to another business in OC for their great customer service. I placed order and my debit was hit for the charges. Shortly after I received a text from Dasher and a call from Menchie's associate that the items I purchased was no longer available and hasn't for sometime. The associate from Menchie's offered to issue four (4) $5.29 FROYO with strawberry's and cake crumbles. which is maybe 4-5 dollars more than original order of two 4-packs of sandwiches. I even offered to pay the difference. She said no because of the inconvenience. I said thank you and have a great day. I was waiting for this order to show up as I knew I'd receive a call for the awesome treat. Instead 15 minutes later I get another call from Menchie's again saying they couldn't do this and offered less than expected. In frustration I said cancel order. So now I wait 3-5 days to get my money back which isn't the end of the world, but maybe for others. I really was looking forward to having this recognition delivered on a Friday after noon. Now nothing. I use to go almost weekly and now I'll never step foot in this business.

1. There were multiple hairs in the pineapple.2. The store has an overwhelming number of fruit flies, that kept landing into my families frozen yogurt.Overall, we had a really poor experience. None of us finished our yogurt due to the flies landing into it, and swarming around us.

I don't know what's going on here but the fruit flies are everywhere. I am not talking about 1 or 2 here and there. My kids had to have smashed at least 30 of them while sitting down at our table. Not a pleasant experience at all. Left without finishing our treats.

As much as we Love coming here but the fruit flies are almost unbearable. You will be sitting there eating the ice cream and I will kill atleast 4 while others are flying around.

Ok more info... found Flys in our icecream cups and a long brown hair I'm my nephews cherry yogurt. I let o e of the girls at the desk know about the Flys in the fruit and she wasn't bothered or even changed it out. The shop in oc has really gone down hill.
