THIS PLACE IS SO FREAKING GOOD!!! my hot wife took me today on my birthday and I’m so stoked because it’s so freaking good. The atmosphere is awesome in the buffet was fantastic. Of course the tiki masala was my favorite. Definitely coming back.!!!

Red Flag - when I arrived to pick up my order, the male staff member already had it rung up and kept pointing at the total not really giving me a chance to see the itemized list. The total seemed off to me by quite a bit because I had already done the mental math when I ordered. When I asked him to move his hand I noticed that he had already added a tip. He also charged me $7.98 for my 2 naans which are $2.99 each and so that should have been $5.98. So he added his own tip and overcharged by $2 and then tried to rush me to tap my card. Guys… I don’t mind tipping, I love tipping, but what I don’t like is feeling like I’m getting scammed. Make no mistake… these actions were deliberate. At least one other commenter mentioned the self added tip. Restaurant manager, you and/or your staff are doing a MAJOR disservice, there is already huge stigma about Indians being scammers, you guys are perpetuating this instead of fighting it. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
The food is VERY average. Flavors are really bland. All the curries sort of taste the same, more sweet than savory. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery. Pretty uninspired food.
The prices were reasonable if you removed the scammed pricing.

Had not tried India Grill until tonight, and we were glad we did! Really nice people working, and delicious food being served. The atmosphere is a bit unusual, but the food and service made up for it.

We visited for the first time today. Friendly and hospitable service. Staff cleared a table and invited us to sit down while we waited for our pickup order. We made pleasant conversation. The food was 10/10 delicious. Butter chicken 💯 Tikka Masala 💯 garlic naan 💯 Chicken Pakora 💯

The food was absolutely outstanding! The tandoori chicken was the best chicken I've ever had, it was tender and juicy and bursting with flavor! Everything we tried was delicious. We can't wait to go back and try the lunch buffet, and also try everything else on the menu.
A very small thing we noticed was the music was a tiny bit loud for conversation just a couple of times but I think we were sitting under a speaker so that could have been why. The music was nice and enjoyable though.

Stopped in for takeaway to bring home for the family. Ordered some simple standard staples, butter chicken and saag paneer with garlic naan and side of rice. Food was EXCELLENT, spice level just right, kids really enjoyed butter chicken and naan. A great treat for when you don't want to cook but everyone's hungry. Owner is very kind and there were some friendly long-time and committed customers eating when I arrived to chat with while I waited for my food (they had followed the chefs from another restaurant to this location when it opened a year ago!). That's a testament in and of itself.
By far my favorite place to eat in the area! They are extremely kind and the food is amazing.

Oregon City finally has good Indian food.
The lunch buffet is wonderful, you get to try a little bit of everything. The naan is tasty! Wings are delicious.
Prices are fair priced for lunch and dinner.
