Asked force, half steam, half romaine, all I got was steamed rice and I asked for double shrimp, which I got. I can't get up there to make this better to where it's supposed to be. You need to fix this and send me what I was supposed to have been given, which was my charmaine, and I'm not paying for any of it. You're gonna have to send it to my address. Which is 576D street, Oregon City?

I paid extra for the pepper steak and only got a half container with no meat in it...all other food was gross.

Ordered a large sprite and just got a large cup of soda water..

Last time I ordered I got a peice of metal in my good that I choked on like 3 years ago. Gave this place another shot and total fail. This was delivered due to my back being out.

I felt uneasy when I went in but it came from the customers. I don't know why some businesses are run the way they are. The server that made my to-go order was attentive. The crew appeared worried and the dining area had an air of urgency for me to leave. I Tipped them the best I could and got out of there.

Tried calling the restaurant multiple times to cancel an order that was supposed to be delivery but placed as pick up on accident. Their site said cancel the order by calling the store. They pretended not to be able to hear us when we called from multiple different phones. So we got charged for the takeout we couldn't even get. Never ordering from them ever again

This panda restaurant has gone way down hill in terms of quality of food and customer service.
Too many phone orders that walk in customers aren't getting fresh food or waited on in a timely manner also the kids working there aren't let to be on their phones while customers wait for service. We used to go once a week now we stopped altogether. Not worth the wait for food that's not as good as it was, it's made at all. Lots of empty trays. Not happy with the way this panda is being run

You can't go wrong with Panda. But every time I come, the quantity of the food is less and less. I tried to say something to the person serving, and she ignored me completely. I don't know other locations, but I noticed on this location.

Don't order online/Uber eats from this location. I came in to pick up two orders, 1 being done right away and the other waiting on hot orange chicken. I see the line diminish from 6 to 1, then back to about 5ish people. It isn't until after everyone was helped that I have to go back up to them to remind them I'm there to pickup an order and they looked like they didn't just see me 30 minutes before that. Turns out they weren't waiting on orange chicken, they had stapled on the wrong receipt. Instead of taking the time to help me when I showed up, I'm forced to wait until the restaurant is empty. Nice to be able to make a $14 delivery in 25 minutes just for it to turn into nearly 14/hr. Awful customer service just disregarding someone because they placed an online order.
