Worst Panda Express ever. Was next in line but had to wait 10 minutes just to get service since they were more worried about their online customers. The manager served my Broccoli Beef bowl and used tongs to put a thin layer of BB in my bowl. For $8.80 I got a bowl 3/4 filled with rice, 8 pieces of Broccoli and 4 slices of beef. Never again. Manager skimping my plate while making heaping plates for to-go orders. Hope she gets a good bonus for keeping costs down despite loosing my business.

To me, one of my favorite things is getting panda express after a long day at work. I love spicy things so I always get the kung pow chicken. My main thing I think could be improved on for this location, is the spice level for the KPC is so widely different each time I get it. It still tastes great! Like the chicken is decent, the flavor is there but the spice level. Last time I had to add Sriracha and this time I'm breathing fire and my lips are numb. I'll still eat it but ohhhh, lord.Other than that, the space is always really clean and the staff is always wonderful.

This panda has been my go to since I moved to Oregon city, however recently I had an issue with Uber eats where my order had missing items. UBER like everyone would expect did nothing about it. When I called the store to get some help the manager Amanda was one of the sweetest and most understanding people I've ever talked to in the food industry. She replaced my whole order instead of the missing items while maintaining AMAZING ? customer service. I am really happy that she helped us out with the situation and will most certainly be back!

Ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken through Grubhub. When the driver went to pick up the order, they didn't have my order. Driver said they got upset that they had to make my order on the spot. As far as the food, it all looks the same. I had to hunt for the orange chicken. (I think it's there) and there was no teriyaki sauce. Will not order from them again.

My husband and I had Panda Express tonight for dinner. We ordered online. Our dinner was ready on time even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was hot and the order was accurate. This meal was exactly what we expected it to be and we were very pleased (especially since I read some of the reviews after we ordered.) It is after all Chinese fast food. Kudos to the staff who kept the restaurant clean and seemed to be working well as a team.

i just feel like their chow mein is more cabbage than noodles. found this huge piece of cabbage in my carton of chow mein. (this is a Large carton for reference)

Ordered online. Get to the store & an item isn't ready. Okay. So I hear the cook call out the item I was waiting for, so I figured I'd be served quickly. Lo & behold, someone who came in AFTER me deserved to be served the item I was waiting for before me. Asked for a refund...apparently they don't do refunds & I'll have to speak to a manager to figure this out.I will NEVER go to Panda Express again. Not to any of their locations.What's the point of an app if you're gonna ignore customers who use it? Why have a store at all if you're gonna treat people like sh*t when they're actual a give you money?If you want Americanized "Chinese" food, go somewhere else. Bruh, go to the guy in the alley & have some cat stir fry before going to Panda Express.$30 in food to be treated like crap...and not even get the food

One night recently we ordered 2 bigger plates and was given the wrong side of fried rice instead of white rice as requested for 1 of those, so I had to end up coming back. When asking to get a new side the manager Nicole was very Nice and helpful when fixing our order and even gave us a whole new meal when doing so. Food was delicious and customer service was excellent.
