They are always so nice and welcoming. I don't know the young lady's name, but I believe she is a manager and is usually there at open. She is always so nice and genuine with us.

Rating a 3 solely due to the shoddy website. People are always friendly, food is always made well and accurately - but rarely can I get their website to function properly, if at all. I've tried various browsers, clearing my cache, all the tricks. It constantly freezes and online orders take me literally 30 minutes due to all the fidgeting I have to do to make it work. Super frustrating.

Hi I have eaten Papas pizza forever. I just ate the best one ever. We ordered a Papa’s favorite on thin crust. It is wonderful. I am not sure if they have changed ingredients, but it sure taste like it. Very fresh!!

The staff is fantastic at the Oregon city location. I have never had my pizza not ready for me when I pick up. Would be 5 starts across the board but the monkey bread is awful. Super doughy or burnt (burnt if you cook all the way) the pizza on the other hand was fantastic.
