I wasn’t expecting much out of Pizza Hut, haven’t had it in years. All I have to say if you’re thinking about testing it out again like me don’t. Bread sticks we’re dry and hard. Pasta was literally SOUP w the amount of sauce. Only good thing they have is the Cinnabons & soda lmaooo.

Whoever answered the phone on Saturday August 6th at 6:45 pm is unbelievably rude and hung up on me twice then said he was busy. Hahahaha. Dude's lucky there are "laws". Step it up ya lazy punk. Probably on heroin.

Ordered a choose your own edge pizza tonight! Got anything but what I chose. Burnt as well. I have my grand kid’s tonight and they can’t eat this. Not ordering here again anytime soon. Order it your way and get it however they choose to make it. Bet there will be more complaints because someone else got my pizza or they just chose to make it their way and we should be grateful. Either way I’m done!!!

Wanted to grab a slice or two for lunch at 11:30. Their website says they're open from 11am-10pm, but when I walked up, their front door was locked.

Manager Erik has no customer service skills( surely manager by default cause he looks lazy and like he hasnt showered in days) and all staff seem very incompetent at simply making pizzas... went in to pick up my pizzas and both kids working looked like they had just rolled out of bed...pizzas were horrible

RUN QUICLY to any other pizza place! WHAT A JOKE! Wrong Food (should have been obvious by the box sizes, sadly my son picking up didn't know what was ordered). Pizza was so DRY it was literally cracking (toppings) when it was about 15 minutes "old". NO directions on the order were followed and this site never does the curbside delivery even when you set it up that way. SHEEZ!!!

This location is awful. I placed an order over 2 hours before close, with an estimate of 20 minutes. The location had over 2 hours to either deliver the pizza or simply call to say they couldn't, before they closed. Yet the manager on shift didn't have the decency to take 30 seconds to pick up the phone. Looking at the other reviews, I gather it's from staffing issues. I can certainly sympathize, given that I worked 11 hours yesterday and just wanted to eat before the day ended. One simple phone call could have saved me from having to go to bed without haven eaten all day. MyThe manager here is very clearly incompetent, coming from 6 years experience in management and the pizza industry, as well as customer retention.

Very impressed with the first delivery I usually don't get impressed but delivery drivers bring me food.it was on time and well made complete turnaround since the one-star reviews of they've had in the last 6 months I talked to you manage me he told me that they've been doing full turn around and they have definitely shown that. However the second driver had a little problems finding my place but that's normal for the job! Please keep up the good work !no i was not paid and no i dont work for pizzahutthis is a real review!
They refuse to do contactless delivery. Every time I order from them they are mask-less and in my door jam essentially. Very slow to get your food to you as well.

The employees are so nice but I do not understand why every time I go to this location the pan crust is always thin like this. This is not how it's supposed to be and yet it's like this every time. I'm starting to wonder if the owner is cutting costs by reducing the amount of dough used or something. It just doesn't make sense.

Ordered from here several times and the pizza had had hardly any cheese the crust is dry and has no flavor.
