Celebrated Mother's Day with their buffet. The service was accommodating and attentive. The buffet in the bar area should've had more light. You couldn't see what you were scooping. The whipped cream and strawberry compote should be by the syrup and not at the start of the line. There should be two lines and more brunch selections. A meat carving station would be great. More pastries and desserts should be available. The fruit bowl had a scooper with fork-like tines...
Food was ok. Gravy with the biscuits was completely unseasoned. The worst part was the service. Fro. The start they tried to put 6 people around a small metal table on the patio. Once we got a proper table Inside there was no followup service at all. We watched the other 5 tables get excellent service from the waiter. Outer table? The waitress stopped by once to deliver the food. If you wanted a coffee refill you are going to need to get that yourself if that is your waitress....
What an amazing experience. Started off with a excellent pineapple mojito followed by steamer clams that were to die for. I don't know what they put in that sauce but I could simply drink it. We sat on the patio and the river at twilight was awesome. It started to get a little chilly and our server noticed and turned the heaters on for us. Dinner came 😋 and I was not disappointed.
