Haven't been to Shari's in years. I thought I'd go ahead and try to see if it's still good. I had the meatlovers skillet with eggs sunny side up and an order of onion rings. The meatlovers skillet wasn't too salty or under salted. It was almost perfect. The flavors of the vegetables/cheese/hash browns and other ingredients were pretty good. The eggs were cooked perfect. The onion rings were crispy and had good flavor. I would stop by and try this place out again.

Took 15 min before our orders were taken but after that wait everything went well. And free pie on Wednesday made it worth the wait

Tried to order some shakes while shopping to pick up on the way home. Was told they don't take shake orders over the phone. Due to people not picking them up. ( What do they do when they get uber eats or grub hub orders?)
Let it go and went in to order them. We sat at the counter and was asked what we needed. I mentioned that we were there to order the pie shakes. The waitress told us she would get to us when she can. No water, no menus and waited. Not sure how long but it was for sure a hot minute!
Waitres finale asked us from the register what we wanted. ?????When I realized she was talking to us I gave her the order for the shakes. Also figured it was going to be a minute before she even started making them, I ordered some chz sticks.
Anyway, instead of a play by play. I think you get the idea. The chz sticks came out really quick. So fast they were cold in the middle, maybe luke warm at best. The milkshakes were terrible. It was like drinking foamy coffee creamer. You couldn't even tell the chocolate or cherry pie apart from each other.
Gotta say from the quality of the food to the miss matched floor tiles, salt & pepper shakers and the recycling beer and wine bottle display over the pass bar. ? ? You guys need to up your game, if you don't have the basics. Food quality, customer service or a decent facility! Not sure why you are even trying to be a restaurant ?.
Anyway, if you decide to give this place a chance I would not come with any high expectations.
Oh yeah! Not to mention the waitress decided for herself that I didn't need the loose change when she cashed me out, and I tell you she didn't round it down.

A/C was down, and the waffle iron was still broken after 2 weeks.
Mimosas could have been colder.

The bathrooms were absolutely foul to start it off, and the food was horrid. I don’t think the chicken tenders were fully cooked, and the chips were stale. The waitress did not come to check up on us once during our visit, and we sat with empty waters.

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, this place is the best. Had the apple pie, key lime pie, and pecan pie and they all tasted amazing!

You get what you expect and that is usually pretty comforting. It may not be fancy but it is comfort food none the less.

Food was good. Service was fine. It took much longer to get food than one would expect. It wasn't busy in restaurant though, so either their cooks are slow or their management understaffed the kitchen because they don't factor in delivery orders.
