This used to be my favorite teriyaki place. Not anymore. Ownership might have changed. I ordered chicken teriyaki at 10:30AM, as soon as they opened. I received yesterday's chicken. Half of them were dried and hard.

Called for an order for pick up and for some reason the lady I was ordering with couldn’t understand my order why was simple. Chicken beef combo, and chicken teriyaki, side of potstickers. After having to repeat myself 3 times she signed and finally repeated it back to me correctly. Said okay bye and hung up didn’t ask for my name or give me a time to pick up. She was so rude made me not even want to pick the food up. She had an attitude when I picked up the food as well. Horrible customer service definitely won’t be back the food is also not work $33 I can make it better myself at home. You definitely lost me as a customer today.

I ordered the all white meat chicken teriyaki and it was the absolute worst teriyaki I have ever had. The meat had clearly been reheated (possibly microwaved). Not only did the meat taste reheated but several of the pieces were so hard I couldn't even stab into them with a metal fork. I paid $15 for food that was inedible.

The worst yakisoba chicken. Yakisoba was too sweet , no balance flavors , to much sauce in my Styrofoam to go box. Some other men got he's food way before me even tho I ordered first before him. The lady at the register wasn't friendly. Is not fair that I didn't get my food before the new customer.

Thought we'd try this place. It was the most horrible food. Do not bother wasting $14 dollars a plate. The vegetables were mushy and tasteless, no teriyaki sauce added and the plate was swimming in waterWheelchair accessibility: Ya has wheel chair access

Awesome spot for a quick bite to eat, the lady behind the counter is very nice and is always the one to greet when you walk in. Call ahead and your food will be ready when you get there. Never have had any issues with this spot

Located in the parking lot of Safeway up on Molalla Ave. Very nice people that run it. Portions are a food size and the spicy chicken and teriyaki sauce is great. Not always a fan of the chicken as it can be chewy or not cooked enough. Rice is good and so is the salad. Easy for a quick stop and service is fast. Lots of seating to eat or wait.

Just tried this place for the first time since I work nearby and was so disappointed. I absolutely love the one in Portland mall 205 and thought it would be similar, but boy was I wrong. Not sure why all the locations are not consistent? The chicken was so dry and looked like it didn’t have any teriyaki sauce. However when looking closer it actually did have sauce, BUT it was so watery it didn’t stick to the chicken at all. The salad was actually good, thus the two stars. Really wish I could get my $12 back. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending.

Do not eat here. It takes them five minutes to put together a dish. The chicken is not fresh. The front desk lady is rude and has no customer service skills at all. This place gives soy grill a bad name. Not to mentiom she charged me 7.00 for extra chicken and 5.00 the last time.

I wish I could get in and out for less than 10. Lady working in there was weird but wild and attractive

Me and my shop eat here at least once a week. Always good food.

Do not associate this establishment with the Soy Grill on Sunnyside road. This place isn't even close to as good! Small protein portions and the only part of the meal that had any warmth was the rice! Thier has to be better teriyaki in Oregon City!
