I stop here when I am early to work for their Spinach/Feta/Egg Wrap and a hot grande latte. The staff always has a warm welcome, they are pleasant, professional, and efficient. There is usually not much of a wait and I am on my way to work. There is no drive-thru at this location... but it is worth the park and walk in.

Get the wrong order? Just keep your mouth shut and drink up. I got flavored water today instead of flavored lemonade. Supervisor was not so nice when I mentioned it didnt quite hit the mark... was a bit bland from the usual drink and crystal clear when its usually bright yellow (because it's supposed to be lemonade.) Order was taken correctly. I slinked away unhappy with expensive water. Go to the Fred Meyer location or the bottom of the hill. Those folks are friendly. They do more than shuffle up to take your order and sigh. They all seem so miserable at OC Point. Maybe the management is bad, IDK. It's just never a good experience at this particular location.

I really love this Starbucks and the employees that work there, as well as it is the closest one to my house… But I’m only leaving this review because unfortunately literally the past several times that I put in my order over the app, it’s like they don’t even read the stickers or care to make the drink correctly. Even when I call ahead to ask for specific modifications on my drink that I cannot put into the app, I get there and my drink is still incorrect. However, I appreciate that they’re always willing to fix the drink and get it correctly afterwards, but it’s just time consuming, especially when I place the order ahead because I am leaving to go to work.

Male cashier was very friendly and polite. The 2 girls making coffee were too busy gossiping to work efficiently. I just had a seat and listened to them yak for 7 minutes before making my coffee to then just set it on the counter and not even call it out. I was the only order they had at the time.

You pay enough for the coffee. You should get good service.
I have a love-hate relationship with Starbucks. The regular coffee often tastes burnt and rancid, which can be pretty disappointing if you’re a coffee lover. But here’s a tip: if you’re there early in the morning, ask for the blonde roast as a pour-over. They’ll make it fresh, and it’s honestly awesome — smooth, light, and way better than the usual dark roast. It’s a bit of a game changer if you still want to get your coffee fix at Starbucks!

Nothing wrong with this Starbucks except for the music. You're right across from a college so a lot of people come here to read/study. It was around 7 am and they're blasting very loud pop music. Its hard to focus on anything in there, I couldn't even drown it out with my own headphones. Take it easy with the music please PLEASE 🙏

I did what everybody dreads doing this morning— spilling their coffee RIGHT after they get it. The barista on bar watched the whole thing happen and immediately started making me another drink. I didn’t even have to ask! Made my day. Thank you for making kind of a sucky situation so much better! ❤️
