They were out of onions and no pretzels AGAIN. The nice gentleman behind the counter said there was shipping issues or something along that line. There were no napkins and the tables were all dirty. We ate quick but we did get free cookies for doing the survey.

Dont often visit this location so I do feel the need to update when I visit again. Hate to leave a negative review without a second chance but my first visit was, shall we say, uncomfortable?First impressions is this restaurant is dirty enough to be noticed.Didnt use the bathroom so couldn't say, this is just the lobby and small dining area. Take this restaurants' filth as a flashing neon sign in your brain, read on to find out why!Only thing I had eaten that day; half my sandwich at 1030am and the rest at 2pm. Serious diarrhea from 5pm that night till the following morning! Something dawned on me, sadly post-footlong, if the public areas are that bad what does the back 'prep area' look like? Clearly it wasnt clean enough for me. Remote chance anything else would have given me those rare toilet-punishing results. I should have figured that out on my own. Most restaurants, at least in the public areas, are clean. Not this one. Save yourself the chance of a wonderful restroom experience and skip this Subway for now.

This location is the worst!!!! Always an off experience that we say we'll never go back. Then we get weak and try it again because it's so close and how can a restaurant be consistently so bad and still be open?!This time we used the subway app for delivery and never got my food! I went into the store to get a refund or my sandwiches and there was only.one person working behind the sandwich bar and the store was packed! He was too overworked to help customers to get lids for their drinks and it sounded like they were out of lots of other ingredients while I was waiting in line to be helped. The employee had no idea what I was talking about about and just offered to give m information to his manager. He laughed about my dilemma and didn't even offer to make me my sandwiches!
