Would not recommend. Quality of the products are average to bad quality, they are equivalent to something you could buy at Safeway. Items are tiny and so overpriced. The cases are half empty and have no prices listed so you don't know what you are purchasing. Not going back.

The owners are nice. We rarely go because it’s become far too overpriced for what you get. Also, you never know what you’ll pay because nothing is labeled and they add in their head with frequent errors and no itemized receipt. If the prices were labeled and closer to what they should be for the amount you get, we’d return.

Showed up with a last minute request for a dozen gluten free/vegan cookies. They were able to turnaround my order in under a week, let me pick up when they’re usually closed, and provided an ingredient list so that the people getting the cookies could confirm any allergens themselves. Absolutely fantastic service and the cookies were amazing. Thank you!
This shop has the best cupcakes, cookies, cakes, chocolates that you will find anywhere. And they only use the best, cleanest, highest quality ingredients. The owners are the nicest people. I never liked cupcakes before I ate one from here. Super moist and flavorful cake, and decadent frosting. Their browned butter chocolate chunk cookies are mind bending. Calories well worth eating.

The cake was moist, so that's good . The frosting was overwhelming cream cheese not in a good way.
The decorations were fall themed when sunflowers were specifically requested. There were no sunflowers.
Instead of admitting that the cake could not be ready in time the baker said it would be "almost ready" from 4pm until 5:20pm.
It made us run late to the surprise birthday party. Fail
It was presented in an open cardboard produce box wrapped*ish in clingy wrap. Just unprofessional
The bakery had a week to inform us they had an injury and would not be able to make the cake. The orderer told the bakery it had to be done at least by 4pm. But the bakery didn't admit they weren't capable. They could have said "I'm sorry we can not compete your order" and we could have gotten a cake somewhere else. But they didn't.
It cost $100 for a off decorations cake in a box from Costco that couldn't be stabilized and probably wasn't the most sanitary.
I'll definitely do future business elsewhere

I had a baker last minute no show to a wedding I recently coordinated and within an hour and a half after talking with them we had a new wedding cake and table of desserts. WHICH WERE SUCH A HIT!!
