Tacho's Mexican Restaurant in Oregon City is a fun place with great staff, offering very good food and excellent service. The flautas, chips, and salsa are great, but the queso could use more flavor. The dining room can get loud, but the overall experience is enjoyable. The margaritas are very good, and the staff takes the time to chat with customers. The restaurant has recently added a terrace for outdoor dining, and the service is top-notch. The menu offers exquisite flavors, and the drinks, especially the mojito and margarita, are superb.
