Last night I had my husband stop by on the way home from work. He worked a late shift, and we had been blissfully unaware that the shop was closing up for the night. The manager on duty was incredibly kind about it and generous enough to give us a few free taco coupons and two drinks for free for the inconvenience. We honestly weren't even too bothered by it, having both worked food service before, and my husband was prepared to let them close up without any hassle. Wish he had asked for the dude's name, but whoever you were, thank you so much, man. From what I heard over the phone last night, you take care of your employees, too, making sure to get them out the door for closing when they're exhausted and ready to get home. Hope you made it home quickly yourself, manager dude.
Today, we ordered a few of the online exclusive Build Your Own Luxe Box today for lunch. I don't know what some of these past reviews are talking about, but we received fantastic food. It was delicious and made exactly as ordered through their app. I don't normally like Taco Bell, but I think I'll be requesting more taco stops in the future. We've ordered here several times before and have never had issues with the food prepared. The staff here are doing something right, that's for sure!

Customer service. Is really poor at this location.I've sat in the drive-thru now for a long time. .then parked then i got ignored inside at the counter like I wasn't even standing there......People just looked at me and walked away......Now I'm back in another long waiting line.Customer service is very very terrible at this location.....

It's taco bell, no matter what you order, it all tastes the same. Drive through is quick. Staff looks so unhappy and really want nothing to do with you. They don't greet you, only time they talk is to ask if you want hot sauce.

I've waited a long time to be able to order a tostada again and this is pathetic. There is barely any beans on here, and there's almost no lettuce. They used to have a handful of lettuce on them which them what it's supposed to be. This was disgusting the way they made it I'm very disappointed. This location doesn't do that well in general but this really sucked more than usual. I've waited years to be able to get a tostada again and I hated the way they made this. If you order from this location you need to look in your bag and make sure everything is right or else you will get home and be very pissed off like I was.
