I've been craving a Crispy Chicken Burrito for over a month. I had to go to ER for 5 hours at wfh and was starving so we went through the drive thru. Got it quickly and the young man was friendly. The problem was the Burrito tasted like very dirty oil. I had bought 2 but only ate half of one because I was so hungry. I'll probably never crave one again. So disappointing.

Extremely pissed off. Take care of your online ordering and learn to turn it off if you're not open!🤬 It usually won't let you order when they are closed but they took almost $35 from our account because it said online they were open and it took out money, but they were empty🤬🤬🤬 Thanks for ruining our dinner plans for Christmas and taking our money. Never coming back.

When I was a kid Molalla didn't have Any fast food, beside theY drive in,Big Burger(yum yum) And TACO TIME! Who can't love Taco times crisp meat burrito, or soft taco? The heck with Taco Bell except they are cheap, only because you have to order 10 burritos to actually have A burrito right? What a deal. Taco time, I can't even eat a full burrito, I got left overs.! Ad it's real meat! And fresh lettuce ad tomatoes always! Now they for those darn smoothies! Yum yum yum! So if you can find one, like in Oregon city, get there, skip Taco Bell!

Just That guy calling out asshats
Hate to do this because me and my wife eat here regularly, today young dude helping us apparently gave our food out to some one else and we just got a im sorry we are busy and a shoulder shrug..we were the only ones there till 2 other couples showed up and they got there food..odd..so asked him and he said we are busy sorry ..asked for my $ back and he ignored me and started trying to make it. Was starting to get pist after waiting 15-20 min for no food and take another 10 min to get a refund. Young dude and cook were on the phone and trying to figure it out and then finnaly got cash back after paying with a card because they couldn't figure it out.. just sucks because the owner that's usually there is a super chill guy and everything is usually perfect...just a sad day at taco time, I know you can do way better and employees shouldn't frustrate customers visiting your establishment

They forgot our order and the guy told me sorry they were busy but we were the only ones there at the time then 2 people ahead of us got their food so I went and I asked for a refund after waiting 20 min for my food and the guy didn't know how to do a refund !! He called someone and the cook came out and gave us cash . Strongly recommend proper training if a manager isn't on-site and better customer service instead of just telling people you cant give a refund !

How the hell do you forget the sides of a PLATTER meal? Service was just as bad as the forgotten food. The Mexican restaurant across the parking lot seemed much more viable.

If I’m gonna spend eight dollars on a burrito, I’m definitely gonna do it somewhere with a little more sense of urgency for fast food and Care on their personal experience. Never had tried this before and never will again and don’t recommend there’s better things five minutes up the road
