My husband and I enjoyed a happy hour this week at The Hive. Omg, what a fun a delicious experience. I had the Brussel sprouts and he had the chicken sandwich… all good! But the star of the show was our bartender, “Matty”. He made us a his signature drink called “ Falling Leaves “. It was next level and Matty is just a delightful human to chat with. Go see him at The Hive!!

(3) We’ve been coming here since right after they opened, and we have loved it since. I love how it has developed since their opening, and I’ve never had a bad bite of food or a drink I didn’t like.
(4) Expect a slightly elevated service here. They have a (delicious) house syrup for cola, but no Pepsi or Coke products. A macchiato is an real macchiato (not Starbucks; for each their own). Service is well paced.
(5) Expect a mild din of chatter at busy times, very friendly staff, and a satisfied walk out the front after a delightful experience.

Incredibly well decorated. The crab benedict was very generous with the crab and delicious, but it was a little too spicy to really enjoy the delicious crab meat. Delicious coffee. The smoked salmon was alright, just served cold and unaccompanied on a plate which wasn't my favorite, and the charred carrots were alright. Great biscuits.

First time visit and was NOT disappointed! The spicy Bloody Mary was, hands down, the BEST I’ve ever had. I also had the Boring Benny breakfast. It was beyond delicious. In fact, days later I’m still craving it. I will have to plan a trip back to Oregon just to come back here. (No, I am not related or connected to anyone at the business and I rarely leave reviews.)

I might have simply ordered the wrong thing, the Apple Pie Bowl with barley and hazelnut and pears, it could have been awesome, though it was heavy (cream/milk) and tasted buttery, the hazelnuts tasted somewhat stale... again, it might be my taste buds because I think it could appeal to another audience. I want to give a heads up that it was far too heavy and rich for me. The menu looks incredible, creative and diversified. High marks on service and environment. I would return for another choice, for sure.

We searched for this place. My daughter took me there a year ago… we’re going again tomorrow.
Our serve Carson W was great! He made sure to check in with us periodically. He was on top of everything and offered several times if we needed more service or if there was anything else he could do. We ordered the Mucha Corn & Poblano Bowl and the Fried Chicken Waffle. Both we're fantastic! For drinks we had the capuccino and chai and that was great as well! The ambiance was quality. Love the overall feel of this place and will highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot in Oregon City area.

Got the chance to discover this gem while my car was in the shop today, and I’m so glad I did. I enjoyed a latte, tea, and a delicious lunch while I waited. The vibe is cool and sleek, with a chic style complemented by cozy corners. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The Hive Social exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding—unique flavor combinations that I wouldn’t have imagined, yet among the best meals I’ve ever had.
