I've gone here four times, and three of the four times, when I got home, what was in my bag wasn't what I had ordered. For example, I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo, with 2 chicken tenders added. I got two containers. One had the 2 chicken tenders in the hickory BBQ sauce as ordered, but it also had 5 boneless wings in the same sauce, which I didn't order. The other container had two layers of thigh bites, each layer a flavor that I was unfamiliar with. One was too hot for my taste, and the other was just not very good. They had a soggy skin, and rubbery meat. This was the worst mix-up, but it certainly wasn't the first. Also, their Coke Freestyle machine was out of whatever it takes to make both the Diet and the Zero drinks. It could only make sugared drinks. I've liked most of the food I've gotten -- even the stuff I didn't order -- but I don't know if I want to play chicken wing roulette any more. It's not like there are a lot of alternative places to get wings in the area, but there are so many other good choices where I actually get what I order. And whose orders am I getting? It's never very busy (possibly because others don't want to play chicken wing roulette, either!)

Aaron at the Oregon City WingStop has the best customer service ever! He goes out of his way every time I call in an order, always remembers my name when I come in. I go to WingStop a few times a week and I appreciate his customer service! 5 star service and the place is always clean, too!! Way to bring the best to Oregon City! Aaron is the best!!!

It was my first and last time I bought the food from this place. First they took my order wrong. I had to drive back to get the right order, because it was order for 6 people. Second, entire order didn't smell good nor anything eatable. It smell like old oil. I don't know how often they change the oil to fry the food in but it was stinky . If you think you can have the same experience/ same wings like Buffalo Wild Wings, not even close, don't waist your money. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I don't want to waist my money.

So the wings were amazing but the service was a mess. My husband went in & expressed that it was very young staff with no organization or good service. I asked him to bring me food after I called to order & after waiting on hold for so long I hung up & asked him to just drive back & order for me. The order was brought home & it came with just wings instead of the meal which he had ordered. I then called to speak with a manager who I feel like could have offered me a meal to correct the issue as well as talk to his staff. He had only offered to speak with staff.

Can't ever go wrong with Wings, and Wingstop is my favorite. I love the original hot, mango habanero, and the spicy Korean. Eat here at least once a week. Great staff.

We got wing stop from both the Oregon City and Clackamas locations. The wings were good, but we're always disappointed on the sides. The fries never taste good and are just plain sad! The veggie sticks are always usually partially frozen so that's gross to eat! The ranch dressing is just ok too, it's really runny and doesn't have the best flavor to it. I told my husband that we just need to start ordering just wings and that's it. Hopefully they can get the sides to taste better because it's disappointing!

i've been super excited about this opening so i got there today at 11 (open) and i was the second person to order and it still took over an hour for me to actually get my cold food. 4 or 5 people got their food before me, which i can understand because of online orders and things along those lines, but people that i watched order in store their food got it before me. i only ordered a 2 person meal with fries but still it took over an hour. the employees were nice and apologized for the wait but it overall seems like they are really understaffed. wouldn't really recommend this place until they got more employees and tried to make the job go smoother.

Ordered ahead for pick up, order was not ready and it took an additional 35 min. The wait time I can deal with as it just opened and they are still working things out. The worse part is how sick I got after eating the food. I do not recommend trying them!
