I can't decide which was more stunning at this hidden gem. The lovely stone architecture or the gorgeous gardens and surrounding walkways. Lime and olive trees, eucalyptus, cactus, and so many flowers, vines and bushes. My husband and I felt like we stepped into a countryside winery in Spain or Italy. The Pinots, Sauvignon Blanc were delicious and we even lucked out by going on a day when there was an opera singer sharing her voice with the crowd. $15 a person for 6 generous...
Visited during their plant sale, which was ok, but the winery was nice. The grounds are gorgeous...very well thought out, meticulously planned. Beautiful spot to visit. Wines were nice. Worth a stop.
Villa Catalana Winery is a true gem! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was transported straight to Italy. The ambiance is so charming, with its Mediterranean-inspired architecture and lush, picturesque surroundings. The wine tasting experience was top-notch, with a great selection of wines.
