Everyone was super nice and quick. Only my Dave’s double had no tomato and was very dry from being old meat. My spicy nugs 10 pc was actually cold and hard. And my 4pc nugget for my kid wasn’t even in the bag. Decent fry’s and great service. Wish all my food was there and at least decent :(. Haven’t had this issue here before

Went on a Saturday evening around 6pm In anticipation of getting fast food. The B team was definitely on duty that evening. It took a good 20 minutes to get our already getting cold food and the drive-thru was wrapped around to the road entrance. Every time I've come here whether dine in or drive-thru the staff doesn't even greet you properly. Poor experience.

I have been door dashing from Wendy’s the past couple months and have been very upset with the inconsistency almost every time I order I get something missing from my order which I paid for and it states so on the receipt of my bag and other times things will be wrong like they’ll put mayo on my burger when I ask for none and it’s not just when I DoorDash it’s when I’m using their drive thru too I work in food service I get it people are human we make mistakes but the fact that this keeps happening is upsetting to me

Food is always good but my goodness the service is awful. I would say 90% of the time they mess up my order and forget all of the dipping sauce that I request multiple times. I probably will not be coming back to this location any time soon.

Drove all the way here to get a Krabby Patty meal for me and my son. We were given Dave’s singles. There was absolutely no difference. The only thing that was different was that they added some pineapple syrup onto a vanilla frosty. They asked if we wanted to upgrade one of our Krabby Patties to a double and we agreed. When getting our food, it was only singles and when I went inside to get my correct order, I was treated very poorly by the female manager. They had me standing and wait for over five minutes and the rest of our food got cold and our Frosty’s melted. I would definitely not recommend this location or the SpongeBob meal. I’m very disappointed as I waited months for this to come out and my child was very excited.

It would be nice if the front counter guy would greet you with a friendly smile instead of a grunt. He looks very unhappy and does not respond well to your customers.
Consistently, the worst Wendy's location food ALWAYS taste old they dont give you a receipt or napkins at the drive-through. If I'm paying 17$ for a baconator meal at least let it be fresh ffs. Its enough to turn me off of Wendy's completely.

I honestly don't see how hard it can be. If someone asks for no ketchup that's should be farely easy to understand. If someone orders regular chicken nuggets if should be easy to not fill spicy chicken nuggets. If someone asks for pickles that doesn't sound to confusing. Every friggin time I order something from this location it is wrong. It's not rocket science people!
