It was 1 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon, 4/13/2024, and we stopped in for a bite. We looked at the menu for a while, used the restroom and came back to the counter. Didn't want to interrupt the busy workers but finally asked if we could place an order and they said we had to order over an app not specifying which. Very rude treatment from the female. Not going to visit Wendy's Oregon City again.

I've done mostly drive thru orders at this location, but decided to have lunch inside last time I was there. People were friendly and the place was neat and clean inside. Food was served promptly and properly cooked. Hamburger, chicken nuggets and fries were hot and tasty.Most definitely would eat there again, if I have enough time to sit down and eat.

Staff seems incapable of putting together a complete order. Every time we have ordered food from this location something is wrong or missing. We don't get Wendy's very often, and when we do it's usually a special treat for the kids when my husband is out with the car, so the offer to give us something for free "next time you come in" is completely valueless. We just want the food we order to be put in the bag in the first place! I'm tired of paying for things I don't recieve!!!

First time going to this particular Wendy’s and I was served the worst fast food chicken I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken wrap combo and the chicken was super dry and hard. The ratio of chicken, lettuce and cheese was terrible and the tortilla was wrapped poorly. My wrap was also put into the bag upside down and started to fall apart when I tried to take it out of the bag. I only took a couple bites before throwing the wrap in the trash. If I hadn’t gotten it to go I would have asked for a refund.Fries were at least fresh and tasted decent but I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s.

They were nice taking my order and even at the window when I was having a lot of problems on giving them the right amount and even after several times of me asking him the amount that I needed. Ty

The order was not complete. 1 out 3 burgers was not fresh. 2 out of 3 were missing items that come on the burger. I ordered the fries well done and they were heat lamp warm and stale. We go to this Wendy's because the food is always good. This was a huge disappointment. The only reason I am posting this is because this is the 2nd time in a row the Pretzel triple burger didnt come with a pretzel bun.

Went in for for breakfast before 10:30. We saw them switching the signs to the lunch menu. We tried asking them multiple times about how we still had time for breakfast and if they were switching to lunch. They completely ignored us. Finally I said "it's OK we don't exist" and they Finally acknowledged us and said they were no longer serving breakfast because they had no more food.
The absolute worst Wendy's I've been to! Every time I go to this location my portions are all not consistent. The burgers are wrapped up as if a child wrapped them and the staff is very unprofessional. I understand this is a fast food place but that's the problem with these type of places nowadays they don't hold themselves to any standards and its despicable.

If these guys had a Cowboy Burger version of their classic bacon and cheese burger with BBQ sauce and onion rings, as well as a Guacamole and Bacon Burger option, you probably wouldn't find me going anywhere else.

Ordered a double burger meal, Burger is so-so lots of beef with a tomato and lettuce. The lettuce was a single piece very chewy. They should use shredded lettuce it eats much better in the mouth.

Used to love this place now the customer service sux. When did we stop having regular hot coffee 3 hrs before closing. The little things count and in post covid America it's unheard of. as well as great let alone good customer service is gone. Kids in the window talking to each other with melancholy attitudes towards the customer. It's time to ban fast food since the convenience factor is gone!
