This is my new go to spot if I want an affordable chicken sandwich! Also the fries are amazing. Ordering in advance is probably a good idea though because it takes awhile to get your food after ordering.

I picked up my order and drove home to molalla. My wife advised me that we recieved the wrong order so we drove back. I called upon leaving home to make sure our corrected order would be ready when we arrived. I spoke with Jeffrey, the cook/order bagger at the oregon city location the night of Thursday 12/19 in oregon city. I told him my order was wrong and we needed the correct order. He gave me attitude over the phone because he did not want to remake the wings. I asked them if they could atleast heat up my fries or give me new ones since I just drove 35 minutes home to molalla and 35 minutes back out of inconvenience in order to get my order and eat after a long day at work at the restaurant. His response was "I already had to remake the chicken That should be enough. I reminded him,"well that's not my fault, I just had to drive over an hour because you messed up my order." If it were not for his poor tone I would have been more understanding. Jeffrey is a poor customer service employee and I would never have him work for me. I have been in customer service for a small retail shop for 2 years, baseball and coaching for 5 years, and as an hvac service technician for 6 years and counting. Multiple other customers in the restaurant while we were eating our food were receiving wrong labeled orders as well with one saying "I think he just took my order". All labeled by Jeffrey. Jessi is doing a phenomenal job making peace with customers would are displeased by him. I have been coming here for years and this is the first piss poor experience I have had at this restaurant. They need to really look deeper into the kids they are hiring at this restaurant
