Cape Kiwanda Marketplace Reviews
We loved staying in one of your pet friendly cabins. The proximity to the large fire pit, miniature golf, pool, beach & Pelican Brewing is idyllic! We could easily walk everywhere or ride the e-bikes to the market, pizza or Stimulus for coffee near by. We enjoyed all the fantastic amenities of this quaint RV park to the fullest and we will be back for more soon!

Cape Kiwanda Marketplace is a convenient and welcoming destination. The general store offers a wide range of essentials, including snacks, fresh produce, and fresh deli items. The friendly staff provide exceptional service, with one staff member, Byron, known for delivering magnum-sized single scoops of Tillamook cookie dough ice cream that keep customers returning. The market is just across from the beach and Pelican Brewing, making it an ideal spot to grab a cone or stock up on supplies. The adjacent RV resort features pet-friendly cabins, a pool, miniature golf, and a fire pit, offering a relaxing getaway with easy access to local amenities. Visitors find it useful as a second option, especially since it offers more variety than a typical convenience store, including Pacific City and Oregon themed merchandise and those little one-off items needed on trips. While prices can be high and selection limited beyond basics, the store also helps visitors with recommendations, such as nearby spots with free beach wheelchairs so everyone can enjoy the beach. Although the food and beer selection are limited and service can sometimes be poor, the store allows dogs inside, which many find convenient, even if staff do not always wash their hands afterward. The marketplace, along with the pizza parlor, has been popular for over 40 years, with many enjoying the beach and pub right there. Despite some price increases, the overall experience remains a favorite for many visitors.
