My husband and I were traveling down the coast and Pelican Brewing happened to be only brewery open in Tillamook. What a gem we stumbled upon. Five stars on Fast, Friendly and Delicious! We're from Minnesota, and the hostess took time to recommend stops along our drive to Florence. Needless to say we stopped at the Pelican in Pacific City and Siletz Bay. The Pacific City location was my dream come true for a wedding venue, it was the perfect size for my intimate destination wedding, it was right on the beach with beautiful views. The ceremony was held in the sand and the reception was inside their event room. My biggest thing was I DID NOT want a ballroom look or feel, this event space was cozy and moody and everything I could ask for. The event manager, Caitlin Fagan is an absolute angel.
