We’ve always love Pelican Brew Pub over the years. It’s incredibly expensive to eat there now but last weekend we hit a limit. We were at their brunch on Sunday. Many of the menu items included hollandaise sauce such as Benedicts (crab, etc), hashes, etc. unfortunately the chef doesn’t seem to know what hollandaise is. These items were served with a mayonnaise based sauce. Totally unexpected faux pas by the restaurant. A $30 crab Benedict with a yellow mayonnaise. Gross. Terrible job Pelican.

Pricey for what you get. The deal breaker is the All Ages, All Gender Bathroom - apparently your only option! I am not sending my kids or my mother into an all gender bathroom. I will not be back.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly or grandmother friendly at all. Apparently only one all gender bathroom.

Pricey but worth it for the views. Definitely come here early for a beer and sit outside before ordering your meal, the views are unbeatable

Pelican Brewing in Pacific City is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious craft beer and mouthwatering fish and chips. The outdoor beach dining is a highlight, offering stunning views when the weather is nice. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and savor a cold brew with a fresh meal. However, I’ve noticed that prices seem to be creeping up recently, which is a bit disappointing. Despite that, the overall experience remains enjoyable, and I highly recommend it for a casual day out by the coast!

Kid-friendliness: Our kids enjoyed their fish and chips!

Went in September on a girls weekend. Brought my golden retriever so we sat outside by a big fireplace with views of the ocean. Even though it was busy, we were helped quickly and our server was super nice. Great beer, great food. We had burgers and fish and chips. Love the fries. Love this place because it’s dog friendly.

Nice restaurant right on the beach. Huge patio for those warmer days. Food is pretty good, nothing spectacular. Drinks are good. Beer flight is fun to taste test.

Beautiful location and friendly service, but the fish and chips were horrible. The fish was greasy and lacking flavor, fries were cold and the coleslaw had pineapple in it which was not great. I'd come back for a patio pint and just avoid the food next time.

We had our daughter's wedding @ Pelican Brewery. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Our daughter's wedding was beyond our wildest dreams, truly. We can't THANK Caitlin (event planner) enough for all of her help and positivity. She was truly amazing. Her team was impeccable and very attentive. We had to most positive experience @ Pelican Brewery (Pacific City). We HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to celebrate their most important day @ Pelican Brewery. Truly a beautiful experience.

Great spot in PC! We sat out on the patio and shared a flight of beers and fries. Server was so friendly and loved watching the surfers. A bit priced if we were to stay for a meal, but not bad for an afternoon snack. :)

Expensive food! Beer was good but calamari and Banh mi sandwich were outrageously expensive! $27 for plain fried calamari and the sandwich was $30 which includes a small amount of salad. Will not return or recommend.

Tried to eat here three times. Could not get near the door on the first two….so busy. Third trip they were not busy, but still tried to stick us at a crappy table when great ones were open. Not worth the hassle. It’s a tourist destination. Pacific City has better options.
