Alexander's Artisan Chocolates

My daughter and I stopped by and ended up getting about 10 different things to try, each of which I wish we would’ve bought more of! Everything was incredibly tasty and the sipping chocolate was amazing. Don’t pass this place up!

Must visit destination for the authentic chocolate maker, amazing cannoli, gelato, sipping chocolate. Steve is master wine person willing to take your wine tasting to the next level.

We thought we were chocolate lovers however we knew nothing after having the little shot of warm chocolate to try. We drove 45 mins to come back and get another ice Frappuccino. I will be back. Can’t say enough about this place. If you are coming through please stop you will NOT regret it.

I went in for their iced mocha made with drinking chocolate. Devine! Stayed for wine & chocolate tasting. Wonderful experience!

Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had, still think about it a few years later will definitely have to come back for another visit!! If you live in Pendleton I highly recommend trying this place or if you are on a trip it’s worth the stop!

This was a real find. We walked in expecting to just find deserts but discovered Alexander’s is also a wine bar with a small, carefully curated selection. As well as having some of the sipping chocolate, which was heavenly, we enjoyed some local wines and some light, fresh pizza and dips.

You can taste the quality of chocolate they produce and I appreciate their commitment. Velvety smooth with good flavor. But, this isn't a place where someone could visit often because of the high prices. We purchased two small truffles for $16 is too expensive for us to regularly visit. If you're an uber chocolate nerd this might be the place for you. But for the average person looking for good chocolate this may be too expensive for your budget.==========================added after owner's response:I'm fully aware that cacao beans are getting expensive, and we should continue to see them increase in the coming year. I just can't understand why your chocolates are at least 3-times more expensive than the best bean-to-bar chocolatier's in the world. If your cost of goods are fairly reflected in your prices than you're pricing your product appropriately. But, I'm guessing there's something forcing you to have seemingly overinflated prices. Just my outside perspective.I hope you can find ways to lower costs so your customers can enjoy your beautiful chocolates more often.

They offer wine classes where you learn about the wines of different countries. This time is northern Italy. Very informative.

Excellent quality chocolate great prices and a very good selection along with highly experienced and kinds staff.

Absolutely some of the best chocolate around. My wife and I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe a couple times and, of course, experience all kinds of delicious European chocolates. This is comparable to some of the best chocolate experiences we’ve had. Very grateful to have such a wonderful chocolate place here in our own town. Would highly recommend their hot chocolate. It’s super delicious and we keep coming back for more. If you’re a chocolate fan, make this a place to drop by. Also, the owners/staff are wonderful and personable. Fair price for exceptional quality :)
