Picked up an order of street noodles and fried rice from the Main St. location - almost $50 for just 2 dishes and the serving sizes at the Main Street location were so much smaller than you get at Wildhorse! Recently had the same exact order from their Wildhorse location and it was so good that I couldn't wait to get it again. I was so disappointed and pretty much disgusted at the quality difference. The pork in both dishes were tiny cubes of mostly fat, while at Wildhorse...read full review
My mother Used her card here on Tuesday. A short time later her card was illegally used for multiple purchases online. Avoid using your card here. They have staff stealing card information or not using PCI compliant card machines.
Walking around Pendleton, my wife and I saw Moe Pho and it sounded like a good alternative to other options in town. We both had Pho with a chicken skewer appetizer and we thought it was great - very flavorful and satisfying.

Moe Phở - Noodles & Cafe | Vietnamese offers pho that is so good, with service that is always great and a shop that is really cute and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious at both the Main Street and Wildhorse locations, and their boba teas are so yummy. The Vegan Pho is some of the best anywhere, with clearly marked and delicious vegan options. The Fried Tofu w/ Peanut Sauce is a great appetizer, but the peanut sauce is NOT VEGAN, so vegans should ask for sweet chili sauce instead. The yellow and red curries add fish sauce, so they are not suitable for vegans. The street noodles and teriyaki over rice have good flavor, though more veggies would improve the teriyaki. The street noodles and fried rice from the Main St. location were disappointing, with smaller serving sizes than Wildhorse, chewy and gummy noodles, and pork in tiny cubes of mostly fat. The Wildhorse version had perfectly cooked strips of BBQ pork, fluffy fried rice, and phenomenal street noodles. Overall, the food is very flavorful and satisfying.
