They delivered a veggie pizza instead of the meatza that I ordered. Was told that they would attach a free replacement pizza for next time and called them today and they said they didnt write it down and I dont get the replacement they said I would get. They messed up, they said they take care of it, they didnt, and it falls back to me being my fault! Absolutely ridiculous.

Edit: after they screwed my order up for the 100th time the driver had the audacity to question whether or not to give me my replacement because I didn't have the original sandwich. (I gave it to someone else) What do you need the original for? To throw it away?

Pizza is always good and on time. I have no complaints sometimes the pizza is cut by someone with no experience but that's understandable I have no issues I called and the manager got my credit for free pizza. If you have a complaint call the manager and they will fix it for you. Don't come on here and complain and not give them a chance to fix it.

My family ordered pizza from them yesterday and my 4year old son ended up with food poisoning from their food so we complained to them about it and apparently they called customers before And after my family's order and not a single one of those customers ended up with food poisoning so they apparently determined that my son's food poisoning didn't come from their food which is bull because my son threw up nothing but the pizza toppings from their pizza. I want everyone to know this situation has not ever occured before last night but with the evening managers attitude and the afternoon managers attitude I find this to be a situation that should be looked into. Me and my family will not ever order from them again

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm temporarily stranded at the Holiday inn without transportation and needed to order some takeout. The first night I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, the delivery came pretty quick but the pizza was really dry, hardly any sauce and no extra cheese like I requested. Tonight is the second night, I ordered a pan crust pepperoni with extra cheese hoping they'd do better and the did worse. As you can see in the photo the pizza looks like slop, and all the ingredients are literally in the middle of the pizza so it's mostly just crust I'm eating. Given the circumstances it's snowing out so I'm grateful they delivered but $27 on a medium pepperoni pan slop pizza is just ridiculous. I'm never spending another dollar at this location.
