Ordered the burrito with birria and a beef quesadilla. Both incredibly delicious, husband said its one of the best quesadillas hes ever had. Will visit again next time we're in Pendleton.
The food was amazing! Burritos are huge and the al pastor tacos were incredible!
I was passing through Pendleton and did a quick search for taco trucks. Panchitos looked good so I gave it a try. Wow! Excellent tacos. The beans and rice were also authentic and very good. I night recommend this place.
